i also had the final interview today,was caught off guard,cos d first batch of pple dt went in came out sayin she was askin d same ques of 'why did u study ur course n why do u want to work at access' buh wen my batch started goin in,na anoda tin entirely she dy ask me o,wasnt prepared for all dt..like 'tell me 3 of access bank's greatest achievement blahblahblah....buh am kipin my fingers crossed n hopin for d best.

Couldn't make it to my assessment center on 14th. Mailed them like 3 times for a reschedule but no response. smh for Access bank, lousy HR

I received a mail for assessment test for 12the may in Ibadan from 11:30 - 5:30. Pls I kindly need a response from someone. Thanks in advance

aptitude test. if u score a minimum of 50 in "both" verbal and quantitative reasoning you'll move to d next stage- essay n questionnaire. after that, you'll have an interview with one HR officer after which you'll go for your psychometric test. when you qualify for dz phase, you'll b called for a panel interview prolly d following day. if successful, you will have d final interview with the Head of the HR... finish dz ones first. the rest r not so difficult.. Good luck
