If Countries Were Clubs And Nigeria Was Leicester.... by Santi222(m): 10:27pm On May 03, 2016 |
Assuming countries were clubs.... And Nigeria was Leicester..... And Buhari was the coach...... By now, he would still be blaming the previous coach coach ( President GEJ ) for his failures to win a single match..... He would still be struggling with referees (Senate President) and the FA ( Other law makers) in an attempt to stamp out illegal activities in the league.... He would still be traveling from Club to club ( Country to Country) requesting for football aid.... like boots, extra balls, fairly used nets, etc.... The club management ( APC) would still be screaming change..... And promising to win the UEFA champions league next season for the fans (Nigerians) He would have blamed the crash in crude oil prices for his inability to sign new players (Making new and viable economic policies) He would have benched Mahrez (Ngozi Okonjo Iweala) through out the season and replaced him with God knows whom.... We would be in the relegation zone while the club management insists that we are actually topping the table...... We would constantly draw or lose home matches against other smaller football academies (Boko Haram) whilst our coach promises the Club will whip them next time..... No away matches from other league teams(foreign investors) because our home stadium, Aka King Power Stadium/Nigeria remains unfixed..... And we would have been too busy playing against local academies (Book Haram) to pay attention to the bigger teams..... Ngolo Kante (Fulani herdsmen) would have attacked and injuredJamie Vardy, our golden egg laying goose (South Eastern Nigeria) either in the dressing room or during training. The coach would have kept mute.... The other coaching staff ( Northern Elders) would have claimed Ngolo Kante was simply exhibiting the spirit of sportsmanship....... There would have been no fuel to travel for away matches...... Or even home games or training..... Barcelona(China) would have promised to loan us 2 billion dollars ( Neymar and Suarez) to help us avoid relegation.... Our goal keeper Kasper Schmeichel ( Baba Tunde Fashola) and our Captain (NNPC and Co.) would have regularly scored own goals ( Fuel and Electricity Situation) and claimed it was in an attempt to defend the team against opposing strikers..... SMHAHM...... *Shaking my head and hissing mtcheeeeeeeew* 1 Like |
