A certain friend is a junior officer in the army(of a certain EU country) and he was a social coke user I witnessed him using more than once and this guy confessed he has never failed a test.

However the standards that the athletics associations follow is world class and they have specialist test designed to catch up with the users who also find ways of not getting caught
