Instead of putting bumpers on an highway, FRSC should introduce speed limits on the road and equip their staff and police to prosecute offenders.

So many things about this article reek of BS.
1) young girl in her 40s Did I read that right Or are my eyes toying with me

2) she was in a water channel, yet her clothes are dry...really

3) the car was on her, so the governor ordered his men...okay I can't even complete that nonsense. So a car hit the girl and climbed on her, yet the pic I see shows a young lady with no mangled parts Was it a toy car that hit this lady

I pray for the well being of the victm, but please let us chill with the exaggerations na...haba!!!!

Did u read the part that said, ...and take her to the hospital in his ambulance? Maybe he should have waited for the 'ambulances and emergency facilities' to arrive before lending a helping hand. Must u even comment?
