it is just an ordinary college of agriculture not even a conventional university. the title should have read one of the best colleges of agriculture because it is not up to a university. ambrose ali is way better.

Wow so mouau can be this beautiful on pix. Well mouau is a great school if you are thinking of studying there make you are ready to studied hard cos that big hall is just for 50 students during exams i hope you know what thats mean. Am a final student of civil engineering in mouau, that school is really stressful.

They have started sorting massively in that school. So disappointed when I learnt about it.

You obviously haven't been to UNN na. Not withstanding your overhyping, Prof Edeoga (our Nsukka man) really did a great job in that school to transform a once 'glorified secondary school' to an institution that is robbing shoulders with the best institutions in the country is worth commending. No wonder he was appointed the leader for the propose university of agriculture by the catholic diocese of Nsukka...

MOUAU is really a cool school!

In as much as credit is to be given to everyone that made that institution what it is today, do not forget that the institution was already a school of agriculture since the 60s, and had all the necessary infrastructures in place long before it became fully accredited university.

Even as a mere school of agriculture, it boasted of state of the art facilities most universities would envy.

I haven't been to the school but I know it can't be compared with the first generation university in Nigeria in terms of structure, lecture theatre, laboratories, hostels and library.

... so how come some of the courses in the school have not been accredited by NUC. I witnessed a scenario where some corps members that attended that school were sent out of NYSC camp because NYSC got information that their courses haven't been accredited. It was so painful.

All the same, Nigeria education system is poor, so don't hype any school.

Umudike is a case of the rejected stone, there was a time people didn't want to go there, 'cos they felt they didn't have swag, the school was pretty dusty then (few tarred roads) and it wasn't entirely popular.
Thanks to the hike in ABSU school fees, from N26770 to N47500 then N70000>, everyone remembered the alternative (MOUAU).

MOUAU is good in terms of quality of education but in every other area they just recently revamped their style_ they are still revamping
Intra campus shuttle? Who dash them?

Fine girls? Oriegwu, if you wanna see fine girls go to ABSU... either OPT or business block
Umudike girls that wear green and yellow, yellow and red...like otu nzuzo people...

I love the school though, my hubby graduated from there, my brother and sister inlaws, my younger sister...even our last born is in the system.

This school where impersonation and admission runs is the order of the day cannot be the best in the East!

I understand everyone is trying to hype up their Alma Mater. But UNN is obviously the best University in the East.

This can't be the MOUAU I know... Last time I was there last year, the students wrote exams on plastic chairs in an uncompleted building. I was so disappointed... not to talk of the overcrowding in lecture theatres... I haven't been to all the schools in the south east though. But when I was in MOUAU, the school was just horrible.

AM A STUDENT OF ANAMBRA STATE UNIVERSITY, ULI CAMPUS, its true dat my skul didn't reach up to dis standard but I think dis pictures were taken and washed at d studio,cos MOUAU I know didn't reach half of wat am seeing here, the skul try sha,thanks to dia former V.C,PROF HILARY EDEOGA, STILL waiting to hear when the skul will start offering courses like. LAW,MEDICINE & SURGERY, ANATOMY,PHYSIOLOGY ETC

Is there any school that is easy? Even those going to College of Education will tell you it is stressful.

No school is easy so you guyz should stop saying the school is very stressful. Where is the school in NUC rating? Maybe 25 or 30. Bros calm down and read your books.
