Do I download the ISO file so as to be able to upgrade after July 29 and where do i download it from(good and not corrupted)?
And can i upgrade from 8.1(not pro) to 10 pro?

And yes you can upgrade from 8.1(any edition) to 10 pro as long as they're both 64 bit or 32bit. But upgrading from 8.1 32bit to windows 10 64 bit is impossible. You'll have to do a clean install i.e system format.

I see, most laptop sellers wouldn't want to buy windows 10 pc's until they've sold off their Windows 8.1. You can go for a Windows 8.1 Laptop there after you perform a system upgrade. Don't really know how to upgrade from windows 8.1 (home) to windows 10 (pro).

I can't seem to find the link you used but I think it's from your virtual machine. Before installing windows 10 on VMware or any other virtual machine, make sure you're on the latest version. Go to VMware site and confirm before installation.

Yup u will ve to purchase for the pro activation key from Microsoft store for $99.9. when you purchase that,u will ve to enter the key on windows activation settings. when that's done,windows will start upgrading. But I will advice u to stick with the home version of 8.1 which requires less stress when it upgrades to windows 10 home. To me theirs no much visible differences with the both editions. when u mess up with the keys, genuine activation becomes impossible

Of course. A lot fixes have been made. Even if you install the first build, after 31 days microsoft will install the latest one for you automatically through windows update.

I've already downloaded the first update. I'm going to install it then wait for ms to install the latest. But, I'm just wondering how large the update will be in terms of mb/Gb!

Don't think I remember but it's a major update. The least expected size should be 750mb

Hey guys, I'm currently having issues with my Network driver. When i connect pc to hotspot it shows "no internet * andreas therefore no data is sent. According to driver booster, my network driver is outdated which i have upgraded still yet no internet. For the record, i still haven't been able to resolve my Display driver problem since i upgraded to windows 10.

everything u need for ur driver updates is on that website besides intel update app won't do u any good. If data is the issue, enter mtn pulse plan and sub for the night plan of N25 for 500mb I think that should be enough considering display drivers size there are upto 100mb max.

Unfortunately MTN does not have 3g in my location so i get maximum download speed of 19kb/s.
I haven't really navigated the site, if not Airtel time base subscription would have been the best option.
