... Every discerning minds know that things are not going on well with our country. Our economy is in shambles, our security is at its lowest ebb in a decade, patriotism is dying, power supply has reduced to its lowest level, prices of basic food and shelter have astronomically gone high.

But the solution is not far off. We need a true fiscal federalism. That is the solution to Nigerian problems.
pls restructuring is an indispensable panacea to better for all nigeria!bt i hate it when people tink fiscal federalism is d only prime aspect of true federalsim

Dele Momodu likes to talk from all sides of his mouth. You spend time composing an epistle as long as river Nile and then fill it with half truths and over generalizations.

For your information sir, the WHOLE country never accepted Jonathan's defeat in good fate. If they did can you explain the sudden agitations from the SE region that has plagued the government since May 29 2015?

Am quite sure you are aware that recent militant activities are an offshoot of those same agitations but you won't say so.

The government has made meaningful progress in keeping to it's mandate. It has beefed up security (applicants no longer pay to apply for government vacancies) and also commenced implementation of it's social intervention programs.

What I expect you to do is write an even longer epistle asking all those who have stolen and stashed our foreign exchange in their bedrooms and faraway lands and banks to return the money. Tell those who are painful losers to accept defeat magnanimously and pray for Nigeria's progress and stop being a peddler of lies and bad omen.

You thought you have made a point? Sorry, you are alone on that stand. The epistle as you said is a blueprint on the way forward. Do your research very well Dele Momodu is a close associate of Buhari. He knows him. He has cleared his conscience and here you are defending mediocrity!
Does the future of Nigeria bother you at all? I wonder what the likes of you derive from being what you are NOT created to be. I mean, who has bewitched you?

Our president should unite Nigerians, the election divided us and now his actions are dividing use the more! Imagine when a president pronounced that he is not going to serve or appoint those who gave him 97% vote and 5% the same way! Nobody is against his corruption fight, but every thing is about strategy, Nigeria case is complex and you can only unearth it by strategy not high handedness! Talk about policy summer sault, talk about promising undeliverable things all the name of courting the populace even when citizens are not asking, talk about denigrating Nigerians abroad, the actions of our president seems not in tandem with fatherhood! PMB wants to put Nigeria back on his "perceived state" but this can't be individualistic! He needs to celebrate Nigerians doing great, he needs to release Nmadi Kanu, he will loss his fight against the young man! Why does he need to grow he wars when their are subtle ways of solving Biafra agitation? Belive me or not, there is nothing like Biafra, it's just a subtle way to push PMB into ill actions that will ruin his govt! And instead of using diplomacy to deal with this issue, he seems to be enmeshed in his militocratic ways of wars to end the agitation! There are so many wars PMB is making that are unnecessary! He should stop his behaving "too perfect" Buhari's statements and actions are fueling most of the problems in Nigeria today!

GMB got the lowest amount in any presidential election since 1999. He went ahead to say that he would not run n inclusive govt by treating 97% that voted for him better than 5% that opposed him.
He just won by 3m votes while GEJ, Yar'dua and OBJ all beat by over 10m votes and none made such divisive and vindictive statement.
As a matter of fact , his region gave GEJ the lowest number of votes, but he built more schools in that region than in SS/SE.
Also, SW didn't vote for OBJ in 1999, but he rewarded them handsomely with govt projects and juicy appointments
GMB is just vindictive and inflexible.

It is common knowledge among Nigerians that love truth that Buhari knows nothing about governance. Our problem is not Buhari's lack of ideas in modern governance, but people like Dele Momodu who mislead the President into thinking he is such a good and incorruptible leader and we are fortunate to have him as our President. His only problem being those 'bad' people around him that 'mislead' him.

Buhari will never realise the ruin he has effected on this country as long we are too scared stiff to speak truth to him. He has failed and is failing. There is no need grasping any straw(real or imagined).

The APC if they were a party of truth, should begin to advise the man to mend his ways or prepare to vacate office for his vice to try his luck. 180 million lives are at stake here and cannot be sacrificed for the interest of a 73 year old who is on the departure lounge of life. Our lives are just beginning; the sun is setting on his. He might outlive some of us, but that does not remove the fact that he has had his time in d sun. He should let us have ours. I understand you but do you understand what democracy is? It is the politics of MAJORITY. Buhari defined democracy with that statement and if we are to put sentiment aside then you will see that he is right. If you think or feel Buhari is wrong then you are indirectly saying Nigeria should ditch the Democratic system of government.

Lastly has the president really ignored the region that gave him the lowest votes so far? Before you answer please remember that Ogoni is not located in the North. Remember that Niger Bridge is not located in the North or South West. Remember that Lagos-Calabar railway project is not going to be located in the North. If you think of all this projects and still answer Yes to the question posed at the beginning of this paragraph then I give up on you bros. Don't bother quoting me again.

All of you against the president know the truth but you will choose not to focus on it. That's the biggest problem we have in this country. You all know that the main source of FOREX and government revenue is crude oil sales. You all know that Jonathan and his cohorts practically shared majority of the available FOREX amongst themselves, especially close to the election. You all know that majority of the FOREX shared has either been stashed abroad or in private vaults and thus such FOREX is no longer available to oil the wheels of economic growth. Now you all are supporting militants to continue destroying the source of FOREX and revenue and you all won't tell the people who stole from our treasury to return the loots.

Instead you all focus on chanting the cliche 97% 5% as if that is the real problem. Continue.
