As a Computer Science graduate, what are the possible government and non-governmental establishments I can work with?
I dont know it all... Thanks for your input.
Are you sure you are a graduate, What have you been doing all these while in the varsity? you should've known all this while ago through thorough discussions with friend even though any lecturer never sighted a clue.

Meanwhile, i'm a typical enterpreneur by default more so you shouldn't expect me to advice off this sector; but from this moment earn a work for yourself - ask questions, learn alot (in your fiedl), detect a problem, solve it, and venture into it ardently. You bet, it may be the biggest break of all time in africa.

Am done.

So are you one of the numerous customer care agents who pick our calls or you're in the technical team they keep directing our problems to?

This reflect the failure of our education system.

How can a computer science graduate don't understand the skills he acquired for 4 years from uni.

Yet an SSCE student can design a website from tutorials he watched on YouTube.

@OP you can work I any environment that requires ICT skills. Just understand the right skills for the Job.

lol.. are you kidding? a graduate? haha

fromnigeria,
As a computer science graduate, you can work in just about any establishment nowadays. Banks, Insurance company, Airports you just name it.
Besides you don't even have to look for job. if you can put the skills you have acquired into practice and become a freelance Web designer, software programing, you can earn a living for yourself until big deals start coming your way. wish you goodluck

This is exactly where youths start to make mistakes about what they want and who they are.
Someone suggested cyber cafe and you think a graduate is bigger than a cyber cafe.
What makes you a graduate is how you apply your knowledge and turn the cyber cafe around into something unique. A well organized cyber cafe gives you opportunity to do many computer works. That's being creative. The only problem I see in it is the unstable electricity issues
If you are waiting to work for Facebook or Google because you spent 4 years in a Nigerian University where your computer science lecturer probable didn't know half of what Computer science is, then you are going to be searching for jobs for the next 10 years.

You can work anywhere. When I say anywhere, I mean anywhere. Additionally, ensure you have at least one certification e g CCNA and make a good grade. Meanwhile, you should visit Jarushub for in-depth analysis.

Don't mind the "graduate" who should have saved himself time/effort/stress and his parents' money by going to a TECHNICAL/VOCATIONAL school to learn a skill for just one or two years.

A Computer science graduate iin 2016 should aim bigger than being a cybercafe assistant. Cybercafes are a dying business anyway.
