Igbos Condemn The Lagos-ogun Attacks. by Leopard2A7: 10:40am On Jun 28, 2016
On behalf of the Igbo nation,

We condemn in strongest terms the attacks on Lagos & Ogun states by criminals from the creeks.

We will never support the killing of innocent citizens and destruction of properties.

We also want to send our heartfelt condolensces to the families of the victims and pray that God in His infinite mercies will grant you the fortitude to bear these losses.

The Igbos are a peace loving set of people and once again, we condemn the attacks on our Yoruba brothers by criminals from the creeks.

We want to use this medium to call on the security agencies to rise up and do their job.

It is such a shame that after the first attack, nothing was done to prevent the second attack which was of a bigger scale and took more casualties.

Peace to Southern Nigeria.

They attackers are no longer Fulani herdsmen as you claimed in your previous thread? So you wouldn't have condemned these atrocious acts if it was carried out by 'invincible Fulani herdsmen' ? Some people though.

May God help some of you people

What we have seen is fight against individuals in the opposition so i don't understand.

Anyway, that is another subject.

The essence of this thread is that igbos do not support the recent attacks on Yorubaland.

This article is a personal view, it doesn't represent Igbo's position, considering the fact that the attack is "alleged" to be militants, without any prove.

My heart goes out to the bereaved, may God give them the fortitude to bear there loss.

As much as you want to present this false idea these people are not Fulani. These are Niger Deltans from the bayelsa,c.rivers and ondo axis. These guys have been involved in oil theft and kidnapping along the ikorodu epe area for several years now and have become emboldened since the security contract given to the OPC was revoked last year.

In solidarity. I condemn the attack and declare that any attack on southern Nigeria, whether East, west, south south is an attack against igbos.

We don't condone murder. We are like minded with our yorouba brothers. We all are in this and will get out from it together.
