I want to thank Oluwaseun Osewa for giving us, Nigerian people, the Nairaland Platform. We are grateful. I am writing this post on behalf of the two Ethnic groups I come from, Urhobo and Isoko, the vast majority of Urhobo and Isoko leaders have come together unanimously to condemn the activities of the Niger Delta Avengers and they have made it clear that The Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups respectively, are not part of Niger Delta Avengers or supporters of the Biafra struggle, and the leadership of both Ethnic groups have come out to denounce any attempts by NDA and supporters of the Biafra Strugle to link the Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups respectively to their agenda of chaos and death.. We are not part of any plans to destabilize the country or to bomb oil installations, The Urhobo and Isoko Ethnic groups are very peaceful people, and we share a common history. And we have always been believers in the promise of a better Nigeria, and we are also supporters of a One United and Indivisible Nigeria. And we will not condole activities of Easterners parading themselves as Urhobos and Isokos, supporting the Biafra struggle, The Biafra Strugle is a lost struggle, and we will not be likened to the foolish housefly who did not heed warnings, but followed the corpse to the grave. Delta state is predominantly an Urhobo state as the Urhobos are more in the state and together with the Isokos, we are the largest ethnic groups in Delta State. And in that regard we are appealing to the sponsors of the Niger Delta Avengers and the Biafra strugle to sheath their swords and embrace peace because there is only certain death and destruction on the path they have chosen to walk on. Delta State is Not part of Biafra or Supporters of Niger Delta Avengers.

The Igbo quest for nationhood is strictly for hardworking achievers and goal-getters, and not for lazy cowards who have only survived by being stooges and weak-minded fellows.

Moreover, self-determination remains an inalienable right of ANY people. You've got freedom of association and so Urhobos, Itsekiris, Isokos, Binis, Ikwerres and any other like minded groups are better off in OduaArewanistan republic.

You confused lots should stop rambling like a broken record and creating unnecessary attentions for yourselves. Leave Igbos out of your miseries.

if the Easterners want Biafra, they should leave the East and go to Israel were they claim to come from, and set up shop there, but I know for a Fact that Biafra in Nigeria is a dead issue, dead on arrival. If Ojukwu in all his might and wisdom could not actualize the Biafran dream, and died a Nigerian, it is not Nnamdi Kanu who will soon be hanged for Treason that will achieve what the Great Late Ikemba Of Nnewi could not achieve. Be wise my Ibo people.

I feel your eternal pains and grief as you write down your usual lies to deflect attention from the fact of the matter - that you and your people are better off in OduaArewanistan republic.

You're more worried with the clamour for self-determination than the systematic ethnic cleansing and the unconscionable, cold-hearted waste of human lives in the North and South by the Jihadists and marauders.
Indeed, you're trying hard to deflect the great pains you're passing through by burying your head in the sand of hypocrisy

And yet you woke up this morning to express your inner fears for the raging IPOB tsunamic movement.

You and your cohorts are desperately trying all tricks at your disposal to have Igbos in the same country with you. You're dying to have Igbos in the same country with you when Igbos are not interested in being with you.

For a chance for survival, you and your people need to stop lying to yourselves and acknowledge the real situation in the polity.

NK is a rare man in this generation who stood and looked your Hausa-Fulani masters eyeball to eyeball while you and your people hid under your beds. And currently, you lots are shamelessly making a living out of his struggle and at the same time senselessly shouting kill Kanu! hang him! Shoot him!...in a bid to deflect your eternal misery.

https://www.nairaland.com/2799715/biafra-kanu-bigger-crowd-puller-than#40980839

NK, as a mover and shaker, is capable of commanding over 38 million people without money, even in incarceration.

A research into the Search Engine Optimization algorithms of Google has indicated that the man’s name was one of the most googled names of 2015 in the whole world.

There is indeed every reason for you and your cotravellers to live in perpetual fear as your only hope of survival is crumbling right before you. The serpent head is severely bruised already. There's no remedy.

https://www.nairaland.com/3182158/release-nnamdi-kanu-end-problem-jerrygana
Jerry Gana who attended the 17th anniversary of Igbo Youth Movement, June 2016; called on Muhammadu Buhari to release the leader of indigenous people of Biafr* who has done nothing but called for the restoration of Biafr*. Gana argued that Nnamdi Kanu has right to call for self-determination and believing that his arrest was uncalled for, a mistake that must be corrected. He was more concerned about the circumstance that led to Nnamdi Kanu's agitation than the agitation itself.

However, he stated that Nnamdi Kanu is only responding to Nigerian as a failed state that worsened under Buhari. Nnamdi Kanu is the spark plug for Biafr* restoration and arresting him was stoking the flame of Biafr* that has left Nigeria bleeding since last year. He argued that had true federalism been implemented, Nnamdi Kanu’s agitation would not gain the 100% backing and support it has today.
“Release Nnamdi Kanu and restructure Nigeria which is the only solution” he said while responding to questions. He was filled with smile and expressed satisfaction that despite being in prison, Nnamdi still command respect. He was one of those that clapped and smiled when Nnamdi Kanu’s award was announced...

The highlight of the event was presentation of
awards to Messrs. Gana, Adebayo, detained Biafr*
secessionist leader, Nnamdi Kanu, and Ms. Briggs.
The event was also attended by former governors
of Anambra, Chukwuemeka Ezeife and Peter Obi,
and students from tertiary institutions in the South-East.

Foes and naysayers cannot determine for Igbos how to go about self-determination, for it is an inalienable right of a people.

Take a listen to this song - ‘All Hail Biafr*’ perhaps the fiend behind the hypocrisy and lying nature will be banished forever:

So because you don't know what Biafra stands for it is automatic new slave in your own belittled shallow irrational and barbaric thinking?

No since what Nigeria stands for is better not known than talked of, are you now accepting you are an old slave since 1914??

Only referendum can decide your people's fate. Cameron thought his people wouldn't leave EU, he was wrong. That said, even if Issoko /Urhobo decide to stay in Nigeria, good for them! Ijaws want ND republic , Igbos want their nation as well. It's a free world bro!

And if Nigerians want 'one Nigeria', they should pack their bags and follow Lord Lugard who created them and return wherever he came from. We the indigenous people of West Africa are not the pawns of the British imperialists. All the ethnic nationalities have the right to decide if we want to part of the 'British establishment' called Nigeria or not. That's why we must all support a referendum so that those who want to go can go while those who love Nigeria can continue

Thrash...
A child still collecting "mama thank-you" comes online to re-echo the stupidness of his elders. Paid stooges in Urhoboland released that statement and the dumb poor followers chant praises. But their dumbness didn't tell them their elders are being smart by half. They are supporters of one Nigeria but nowhere in the statement do they denounce the Niger-Delta republic agenda. So it's like saying "We support one Nigeria but we're secessionists"-Dumbos.

Our senses are wide open, other tribes are very slow that's why it's only now they know Nigeria is not getting better as is evidenced by thread - "Nigeria has finished me". You and your tribe can continue hoping,it's okay. But that islamic republic you're craving so bad you'll get it.
