Unbelievable right? She lost 49kg in 9 months and says all she did was cut carbohydrates from her diet and feed on proteins all day. She lost 18pounds in 2 weeks after she cut rice off her diet. 2nd, she drank lots of tea and third, drank lots of water. She didn't even go to the gym. Not once.

For weight loss, what you need is primarily dieting, not necessarily exercise. You can lose weight without traditional exercises, but you cannot lose weight without dieting.

In 9 months she lost 45kg which equals about 100 lbs without exercise. This is ridiculous and practically impossible, we are talking of a weight loss ratio of 11 lbs per month. Now I could believe 20, 30 and even 40 lbs in 9 months but without surgery, exercise or help from weight loss/appetite control pills, there's just no way!

No hating o, bt the 3rd picture whr she wore a black gown it was photoshoped Cs the edges aren't straight, almost all the pictures. A friend of mine posted her picture on Facebook dt she ws slimmer, not untill i saw her last week she's still fat in fact fatter sef, pple lie a lot n picturez help lies especially if its taken in a far distance one wd look slimmer.
