He was informed about the court of appeal stay filed but he refused and rejected it.

He was informed of the Port Harcourt judgment given while he was still messing around..... He rejected and refused in fact attempted to overturn it.....

Question: Is Abang using another constitution apart from Nigeria's own?

Too early to rejoice, let's continue to watch as events unfolds. No matter how things turn out today, the PDP leadership crisis will still remain and some of your party leaders may be going in for contempt of court if care is not taken .

The gloom in those pictures is perceptible from a mile away, and even more so from the comments of the Ugandan Cankerworms.

Let them go ahead with the useless event, Boko Sheriff will have his in Abuja and the cycle of litigation would start all over again. And so shall the evil behemoth be bogged by cases after cases after cases until the final death knell sounds on her inglorious existence.

I hope EVERYONE of us will learn the valuable lessons inherent in this PDP debacle.

1. Always maximize every opportunity, it could be taken away any time... PDP could have spent that 60yrs if they hadn't become bigger than their britches.

2. Never subjugate the next person, the table could turn at any time. Federal might.

3. Always think it through before trying to have one over others, some will never take it without dumping poo into the gravy bowl. Sheriff isn't the type to let things go.

The latest and first hand infor from the police PRO CP Donald Awunna is that the police have moved in to the venue to enforce the injunction of the ever righteous Justice Okon Abang.
He clarifies that in the event of conflicting court orders by two courts of co-ordinate jurisdiction,it is required in conflict resolution that parties involved should maintain status quo.
