Good luck to everyone.

Kindly ensure you are inputting the correct numbers and alphabets if I may advise. Year of birth and password should be cross-checked too. The number/alphabet starts with "Hay-Hay" (AA), "zero-zero" (00) not "oh-oh" (OO), take note. Watch out for subsequent zeros and ohs mostly, that may just be the challenge you are having.

Thank you for your swift response... I cross-checked and double cross-check each time I type in bearing these things in mind but still no luck. I'm beginning to wonder if it is a server issue.

Hello friends. Pls I need ur help. My visa will expire end of nov and I will be due in nov end. I intend to travel in Sept ending. Pls I need advice will I be stamped in more than Nov? Cos I will need more time to prepare my baby document. Pls make una help abeg.

You don't have any worries, the CBP officer reserves the right to stamp you in for any duration ( from 1wk to 6months.) The law says you can even enter a day before your visa expires. What matters is that it has not expired when you are entering. Don't fret, i have read here about a lot of ppl with similar scenario and were stamped in for 6months

@BeckyU

good evng, thanks for your response. I paid for the visa fee today, i will get the doctors report tomorrow. I am about filling the ds160 form, i dont know what to write on that why were you denied. Like i earlier said i didnt disclose that i lost my job on my last application but now i want to put unemployed. How do i answer the question if its comes up during the interview.

Expecting y'all kind response. Thanks everyone
BeckyU:

Hi, my pregnancy is uncomplicated as well and that is exactly what my Nigerian Doctor wrote in his report. My request for emergency appointment was approved same day. I think the important thing the embassy looks out for is the age of the pregnancy vis a vis when your normal appointment falls due. Please be sure to explain that in your comment box too. e.g I told them I was 29 weeks and that I will be 35 weeks by the time of normal appointment and so it does not afford me the opportunity to plan my journey properly and most airlines might not take me on their flights hence my need for emergency appointment.

Good day everyone,
My family and i got back to nija on the 31st of July but was kind of busy.
DW travelled from Lagos to Houston via UNITED on the 29th of May and arrived on the 30th
DW was on the queue for about an hour before she got to the CBP officer.

CBP: What are you here for ?
DW: Birth tourism
CBP: (Stood up and looked at her stomach) Oh! you are pregnant.
DW: Yes
CBP: How long are you staying?
DW: A couple of weeks
CBP: Be specific
DW: 8 weeks
CBP:Why did you choose to have him here?
DW: Because of better healthcare
CBP: Are you sure it is not because you want your child to be a citizen?
DW: No, because of better healthcare.

Then DW was sent for secondary inspection

DW sat there for almost 2 hours before she was called into another office by another officer

CBP: Why are you here?
DW:To have my baby
CBP: How much do you have on you?
DW: about $8000
CBP: Can i see the money
DW: (showed him the money)
CBP: Did you take loan from the bank?
DW: No
CBP: Can i see your doctor's correspondence
DW: Yes ( Gave it to him)
CBP: Where do you intend to stay and how long?
DW: (Told him)
CBP: Can i see your Bank Statement
DW: (Didn't have so she showed him my online banking platform)
CBP: Have you been here(US) before?
DW: Yes . Spent about 15 days in Orlando with my family from 20th Dec. 2015 to 5th of Jan 2016
CBP: Show me pictures
DW: (showed him on her cell phone)
CBP: Make sure you pay your bills before leaving okay. Have your passport and have a nice day.

We actually wanted BVAC that was why we changed from Doc F to Doc E because Doc F doesn't do BVAC. (Thank God DW changed because i read your bad reviews on Doc F a fortnight ago). But as God may have it after @ 39 weeks Doc E said DW should do a CS because it wasn't advisable to wait any further.

The hospital was Oakbend Medical Center
Hospital bill :$ 3500( for CS)
Doctor's bill: $2300
First test before delivery:$119.60
Brown & Associates bill:$210(After applying 40% discount)
NICU (4 days):$ 3125.2 ( Initially it was about $5325 but i had to negotiate )
Epidural: $950

passport:$165
Birth certificate:$23
ETC: $370( $50 courier fee inclusive)
Accommodation: $1,200 per room (shared sitting room and kitchen)

I have given back so i ain't owing you guys any more.
Anyway, thanks everyone for the info i got from here . It was very helpful. Can't believe Nigerians can be this generous.
Cheers

If you can't get in, try other options ASAP. Why not fill another form, submit and call the CGI helpline, let them do an early DS160 confirmation number swap/change for you on your appointment now that it is yet day? My two cents.

Same day is more expensive.

Speaking from experience.

Yer, bt it's not bacteria, it's an animal parasite. Dats y I took interest. Staph is bacteria, am clueless when it comes to those.

Psedomonas sp(likely aeruginosa ) is one of those refered to as atypical organisms(its bacteria that has features resembling viruses as well). Truth is if you marry the reviews with the incident, the answer usnt far fetched. Level of cleanliness and attention to detail is quite low.
My point- saving money is not always 'saving money' .. Some things cant be bought. E.g. life.
