both stocks you mentined are not in my list for now.........my top list:FBN,UBA,DANGOTE FLOUR,TRANSCORP,FCMB and UCAP but they are not yet at my junction......

I already have oando.bought at #5.00 months back.

If the analysts have upgraded Access bank TP to #9.14.........i rather buy first bank that has also improved and Q3 result wont be exceptional........i have also upgrade FBN target price to #6.50 if Access will be 9.14.

Better do.........Next week FBN will touch the long awaited new 52 weeks low and will move up from there.if you miss the bus next week,you may not get it at the lowest price again this year...........mark my words and also mark this post.

LAGOS, Aug 26 (Reuters) - Nigeria's naira was quoted at an all-time low of 412 per dollar on the parallel market on Friday as a dollar shortage persists, traders said.

Traders said some bureaux de change operators have been finding it difficult to access their forex account and get dollar supply after the central bank suspended nine commercial lenders from the market, putting further pressure on the local currency.
