This levels the playing field a little bit. With a cheap top player like that in a watford team, he's likely to upset Big clubs...At this rate the EPL might be overrun with top quality players no thanks to increasing scouting networks.

Buying players becomes More Expensive and Harder driving the club further down to debt.
