Yes one of the 2 is very compulsory. I already started their application until i got to the stage and gave up.

Duke?...that means Your're writing normal SAT and SAT subject test including TOEFL coz thats their international admission requirement and applicants for MCSF program are not exempted from the requirement tho they normally award applicants that came through Education USA {USAP STUDENTS} including UC Berkely....wish You Success in your application dear!!

Last year, I barely applied to MCGill and MSU.MCGill rejected me.MSU offered me premedical but sometime hindered me...You must submit your test score..MUST!

please somebody should list the names of schools that accepts application without test scores(either toefl or SAT) I don't have money to write those exams but I want to try my luck with this Mastercard scholarship program.... I have applied and sent my order number + my Identification form for the McGill University... waiting for my mirinva login details, dey said I should wait for 10 working days... plz which other schools can I apply for... somebody should list them for me... thanks.

U of T and UBC does not require toefl. Am not sure any of these school's application is on for now. Lets just wait and hope they start soon. i think u of t app starts in November. you can search more on that and let me know the outcome.

Please just like someone stated that they don't require test scores, does it mean one who intend to go for masters can make due with transcript, sop. I intend to register for ielts as well. Please are social science students equally considered for the scholarship or is it for science students alone? I intend to go for masters in international relations or peace and conflict studies. UBC has started its own Application....the criteria is that You have to be nominated by your school or any NGO organization!,,, Wish You all goodluck!!
