Am really tired from one problem to another.

Now the laptop wont charge full, normally it supposed to charge to 100% and then show charged! but now it will charge to 87% and show plugged in not charging.

What can be the cause.

Please whenever I tried to install Microsoft word 2013,it will not install and keeps saying "there are no product affected by this package installed on this system" Please how can I solve this problem? I have never installed Microsoft word in the system before. Thanks.

My windows defender has been instructing me to perform a windows Update and full scan but i kept on postponing because office lack of electricity in my area.
Problem now is i'm unable to input my pass word to load windows. Noise from the fan is also not smooth. Keyboard buttons are working perfectly.

Could it be my system has crashed.

You said keyboard is working fine. How were you unable to put password. Or is windows rejecting your password? Be more explanatory

Are you sure what you're installing is microsoft package? What's the size of the file?

Help geeks in d house. I recently installed windows 8 on my notebook working perfectly bt when ever i turn on my pc i get these pop up window script host that windows is activated. And i gt these pop up sometimes to click 2 activate.dunno if d window is nt genuine if i need 2 reinstall d window or add a new product key

Did you try going back to your previous OS?
It can also be that your keyboard coincidentally spoilt during the upgrade

Roll back to previous os (how long after upgrade)?

And how can you conclude your keyboard is working fine? Could be your keyboard developed fault. Try booting on safe mode or run a diagnostic test in your BIOS to check the keyboard

If you can borrow external keyboard, then test it as well

I've been able to perform a full scan an and my PC is now working flawlessly except the keyboard. I get the star sign anytime i press the key "C"


Some keys (colored in the pic below) are also equally not responding.

How did you perform such updates? What's the version of Windows 10 you have installed and version of Windows defender? Try an external keyboard and see if it makes any difference.
If all fails, a fresh install would do no harm(backup important files and folders).

I've been able to Update my Windows defender. The only problem now is when i press the "C" button the sign is being dispayed. Some of my numerical keys are not working at all.
