saintmark88: Nigeria has a problem. So many young grdauates are uneducated and do not care to research things. They think people are intelligent just because they oppose government ideas. The USD30 billion is not a loan to FG but the cumulative of loans being sought by various levels of government for development purposes over a medium term period. How does a country develop its infrastructure if it does not take loans? Even individuals borrow money to buy houses - If they have to save they will wait forever! They will remain tenants just because they have not learnt the art of financing. Dont mind all those commenting here, and just opposing FG for nothing. Fayose just talks. He is a man to be ignored. He only takes care of peoples' stomachs and cares less about their future! 2 Likes |

saintmark88: I would advice you with all due respect to make inquiries, research before you make comments. The world banking system known as the International Bankers use loans to cripple and rob nations of the world. Singaporean/Malaysian Leader once said something about it - the man who changed singapore/Malaysia... He swore never in his life borrow from IMF or WB. Today those countries are going far better than Nigeria. Guess at what interest rate we are to service the loan? 30-33% Now the question is if you were a business man any where in the world can you cope with that interest percentile margin to be a success. An analogy....lets say you were to accept the terms and run your biz on that...where do you think your profits will be going to? Ofcourse to the servicing of debt. That is exactly what Nigerians are going to experience. Remember government don't make profit, its always expending. |

Now having said that, we're did u get ur info that we r going to service the loan at about 30-33%. I will like u to provide a reliable and credible source, if u can't, then it's obvious u r bad return on investment. Govt has not said it wants to use d moni for biz buh for infrastructural development....... 1 Like |

Well! This is serious! Nigerians need to lay aside political differences and focus on the way out for the down-tunned economy. People can not fold their arms and expect different when nothing is put in placed! However, my concern is the intentions for which it is been source for should never be neglected/ diversify that will cause another looted problems in the country!! |

Ranks007: I will do as I please to people like u who spread conspiracy theories, lies, hypothesis they know to be false just to spoil d mind of well meaning Nigerians, World Bank loan would be serviced at 30-33% interest rate, if Thts d case den how much do we service domestic loan??..... I bet you heard someone tell u the n u never researched, u started spreading it, if it would please u to know, World Bank loans are way way lower than domestic loans, thts d reason it's much better to borrow externally thn internally |
