Abuja does not have light issues. Even some parts of Lagos. I stated in Vgc for one year and only experienced power outage a few times which I can count and it stayed no longer than 1 hour. South Africa is also going through the same with Eskom (their own Nepa) they call it loadshedding and it lasts from 4 to 8 hours in a day everyday. So even if they stay in south Africa they have to stay in serviced house which has a generator.

I think you're referring what happens a few years back. With loadshedding the Municipality and Eskom make time tables open sites to let the public know when their power (each local municipality) will be cut. Shouldn't be more than 3 or 4hours (cant remember the exact time frame) The timetable is available three days or a week before the cut it. Also, they advertise on tv and radio. The lady tine I remember was end of 2014

But honestly if your claims are true about BBN being shot in SA, that is disrespect to the Nigerians by the organizers.

No matter how much information was given, Loadshedding is loadshedding. It doesn't stop how irritating it was cooking with charcoal and forcing one to buy a gas cooker. Even though they are now thanking, they are still warning on using electrical appliances moderately. Which means it can happen at anytime again. Most big businesses have a generator on standby now. Because we all know the fact that Eskom is facing serious challenges.
