Its a little worse these days because the ojoro is so brazen and in your face. Three judges all scored the fight the exact same 114-113. I'm not sure I've seen anybody that gave that fight to Ward in the entire webspace.

I just watched it. Not as obvious a robbery as you said, so many close rounds.
Kovalev won early rounds and Ward won the 2nd half of the fight.....maybe edge to Kovalev but you can't bet against the Son of God !

OK let me confess Kovalev edged it maybe 7 rounds to 5, plus the knockdown, plus being champion he should have had the decision go in his favor.

Ward is no light heavy weight, he didn't even have real knockout power at supper middle weight. He needs to fight one more regular super middle weight guy maybe middle of next year then go down in weight and fight the winner of GGG vs Canelo.....but these promoters won't give the people what they want.

Baba, Ward is not winning that fight in any other country bar America. I give Ward credit for his recovery and chin, of course being able hug, clinch and embrace your opponent without any penalties was also crucial. Imagine if boxers were docked points for that?

Lol Reus is a unicorn. Dortmund would be naîve to put any hopes on his fitness. Their defence is where the trouble is at. Especially central where Bartra is usually an accident waiting to happen
