put a table spoon on gnut oil. Chop onion n salt.
U will testify.
Someyimes i use butter instead.

Sometimes I use ghee in the stead of oil or butter,nice taste n healthy

It is call sealing the meat. This method seals the flavour in the meat . The meat spend more than 30mins cooking in the stew. This is enough to cook the meat. Over boiling meat makes it too tough. If you watch most top world chefs cook study how to cook their meat e.g when cooking casserole dishes.

Regarding salt, the stock cubes contain enough salt. Too much salt is not not good for your health.

Please try it and let me know how you get on.
