The info you gave was limited. For example, which questions were you asked? What were your answers? What Was Your Purpose for travel at the embassy? What did you declare at poe?
Be that as it may, you can visit the us as long As you have a valid visa. The desicion to allow you in or to aak you plenty questions is still. At the discretion of the cbp. They may. They. May not. The basic thing is, answer the questions reasonably and honestly. I can't imagine what u said that made them reduce the time already stamped in.
As. For the other countries, the truth is that uk may look at the annotation and read meaning into it. They may also ignore it.
Pele. Next time, don't goof. Know your purpose, destination and answer questions without stuttering.

All of this three means if you try to change your status while in the USA, you should not be granted. That will not stop you from getting other country visa and you may experience serious questioning while trying to enter the United States again.

Until i saw your post, i'd never even heard of the no AOS/COS/EOS stamp. I looked it up, from what i read, its a red flag that you're an immigration risk... but considering this was your first time to the US, i wonder why that was put in your passport.

Was your husband denied when he applied last year? I doubt travel history has anything to do with your odds of getting the visa. Just be honest with the VO.

He was asked to pay a fine for an offence: not declaring his goods.
And then he said 'no annotation was put on his stamp'

Thank you Lady G the questions are : where I was going, my purpose of visit, what I do for living, my marital status why I was going to Maryland to for tourism that nobody goes to Maryland for tourism what's my relationship with who's coming to pick me up and if I wasn't with anything illegal after they had finished they still let me in for my holiday which was for ten days the officer only added four days to it to make it 2 weeks is it because they though I was inadmissible they gave me two weeks? I'm thinking not to go anymore I just want the annotation is taken off I want to visit other places in the subsequent future it feels like am boxed in with this one I will try and upload transcript based on how I remember it thank you so much lady G

the annotation were for that trip and not future trips unless you go and make them suspicious again.its just a comma, so to speak to your visa saying dont allow this guy do these things we indicated here. it dosent stop you from entering unless the cbp actually denies you entry.

Nothing like that bros,, if you read his statement very well it seems like cbp did not satisfied and told him that nobody goes to Maryland for tourism and also not satisfied about the relationship of the person who was coming to pick him. He got all those annotations on his visa right from the embassy.

I applied for B1/B2 visa for me, my two sons (6, 4)and my sister, (14years) and we were scheduled for interview today. Below is my transcript.

First when we went in after all the clearance, we were directed to window 5.(abuja embassy) the lady there only took my little sister's finger print. and said that's all she needs. We then went to line up.
Unfortunately for them(not me shaa) against all my prayers there it was that very wicked VO in window 6 that was dashing yellow paper out like it's some naira bills that we were lucky enough to be in front. OK.. .

Me:.... Here: Good morning (gave her all four)
Vo:..... You are with them all... . (can't remember how ... ... she actually said it)
Me:..... Yes, my two sons and my sister, I touched them

Didn't wanna talk to anybody. Didn't wanna eat. Been sleeping since then. Just woke up and decided to share this with you my wonderful family.

Please tell me where I went wrong, what could be done to right it. I really want to go with our jet and crew,.. They will be leaving by 2nd or 3rd week of December. (by the way..two of our pilots are Americans, they were begging me to have them send an invitation for us. And be our contact person. Cause I don't know, maybe it's cause I used my cousin or what.) and if I can go with my family, I will be the happiest person on earth. I love my job. And can't even think of leaving my mum here, that will kill her. I and my sister (adopted though) are her only kids. If I can reject every marriage proposals just to be with her and take care of her, why then will I even think of leaving her. If I am ever gonna relocate anywhere, I have to take her there first. no way.

I am just baring my whole heart to you people as I don't know what else to do, who else to talk to. My mum is happy somehow though. I won't mind her.

Please don't bite me but as I was reading, I already had a feeling you would be denied.

The simple truth is, your ties really are not that strong. Yes you have a great job but that can be abandoned. If you have the means,(which u clearly do) you can survive in america for a long time without a job.

Next. You aren't married. What does that mean? You can easily get hitched and thats migration for you.

Next. You are travelling with your serz ties : your sons. If their father (sorry I'm assuming he isn't late) has had no input in their life (another assumption. Apologies if I'm wrong) then he wouldn't care if they return to nigeria or not. If he's late, then of course , same reasoning aplies

Next. You are travelling with a 14 year old sister. In my opnion, the vo can assume she's your daughter or even if she's your sister, the secondary interview with her shows the vo had some concerns as to the existence of a mother at home/true relationship/ties. It seemed as if youare travelling with everybody that could actually be a tie: sons and only sister whom you take care of. The presence of a mother cannot be verified.

Since after the elections the vos and cbps have been Hypertech where person no send them message. Visa issuance/refusal is at the discretion of the interviewing vo and dependendent on her perceptions. You can try again but I advice you to not to. You have no idea the notes the vo made on your profile.
I don't give odds, but I believe u stand a pretty good chance with uk. Apply. Visit. Return. Demonstrate that y'all can be trusted. Then reapply. That is a change in circumstance. You don't want to come off as desperate.

@cookie You came out all negative like you did not prepare for the trip at all in short the only reason you're traveling is because of the availability of free plane to take you to New York.
Secondly your strongest ties are traveling with you just as @LadyG has said earlier... And don't get me wrong you can travel with them but at the moment it will not fly because the Embassy are extra careful and checking a lot of details nowadays.... but all is not lost you should be able to get a cover letter for the kids from the dad and maybe fly with commercial airline as well as travel to countries like UK,France and Ireland before applying for US visit visa.

Clearly. Your interview was over before it started. Your form and the previous vo's notes had something negative to pass across.
If you reapply, what will be the change in your circumstance? Or u have plenty money?

Cause I don't know, maybe it's cause I used my cousin or what.) and if I can go with my family, I will be the happiest person on earth. I love my job. And can't even think of leaving my mum here, that will kill her. I and my sister (adopted though) are her only kids. If I can reject every marriage proposals just to be with her and take care of her, why then will I even think of leaving her. If I am ever gonna relocate anywhere, I have to take her there first. no way.

I am just baring my whole heart to you people as I don't know what else to do, who else to talk to. My mum is happy somehow though. I won't mind her.

You were so close but when you give her a complete breakdown on why you have a free jet to follow down to America make her lose interest in approving you . You gave her the reason to believe you financially not capable for the trip, believe me is not about your ties but is more about the reason you gave her when she asked the final questions again

Good day house, I have been a guest long enough, I have been following silently long enough, so today. I will share my experience.
I applied for B1/B2 visa for me, my two sons (6, 4)and my sister, (14years) and we were scheduled for interview today. Below is my transcript.

First when we went in after all the clearance, we were directed to window 5.(abuja embassy) the lady there only took my little sister's finger print. and said that's all she needs. We then went to line up.
Unfortunately for them(not me shaa) against all my prayers there it was that very wicked VO in window 6 that was dashing yellow paper out like it's some naira bills that we were lucky enough to be in front. OK.. .

Vo:.... Ma'am... Please give me your passport
Me:.... Here: Good morning (gave her all four)
Vo:..... You are with them all... . (can't remember how ... ... she actually said it)
Me:..... Yes, my two sons and my sister, I touched them
VO... (looks at her system) mentions my sister's name' .. ...... .. is your sister, and 'mentions my sons name' are .. you sons..?
Me:..... Yes ma'am.
Vo:....... Have you travelled before?
Me:...... No
Vo:..... Where are you going to?
Me:. .. .New York
VO:..... who are you going to see
Me:..... My cousin, (mention's her name)... (though I mistakenly choose 'sibling' while filling the DS 160. ....... form, didn't tell her this though but I guess she .... .... .. can see that anyway

VO :........ What does she do?
Me:..... .. .Errmmm... I think she is a nurse (in the form I ticked do not know)

Vo:.. ..... Are you married?
Me:....... No
Vo:.......... Why are you going to New York.?
Me:.. .. .... Well first of all its Christmas holiday, I want to take the kids on a vacation, at lease let them not feel the vacuum of a father in their life, and again. In my office, our private aircraft is going to the US for maintenance, so I thought it'd better I used that opportunity too as it's gonna cut down on my spending much. (can't remember word to word, exactly how I responded. But I these were the points I stated clearly for her. (while I was speaking she stopped whatever she was reading to look at me. Her face lit a bit.)

Me :... yeah. She didn't ask me, she only tool my sister's own, she Said it's the one she wanted.

VO... Ok, sorry, go back and get it done, then come back. Leave them here.

Me:.. .. I went, it's just next window. The lady attended to me immediately, while I was gone, she started interviewing my Lil sister

VO:....................How are you
My sister:... .. . Fine, thank you
Vo:..... ... ... .. .. What does your father do?
My sister :...... .He is late
Vo:...... ... ..... ...Owh. Sorry for your loss
Vo:... ... .. ....... What does your mummy do.
My sister :...... She is a teacher but she is retired now
Vo:..................(pointing towards my direction) is she your only sister, same parents?
My sister:.. . Yes

I now came back to her window. Gave her back my passport.

Vo:.........Ma'am what did you say you are going to US with your sons and sister.

Me: I repeated same things I told her initially. Not words to words though. I think it's this time I stressed the fact that joining our jet to US will greatly bring down cost for me. And the kid's always asking to travel on holidays like their mates at school...

Vo:.... Unfortunately ma'am... You are not qualified for a visa, go through the paper, bla bla blah... Gave me a yellow paper.

I almost froze, after all the plenty questions? Thought we would have broken the jinx of her not giving out visa this morning, after all the Visa fees for 4.? I ve been so sad since morning though. Didn't wanna talk to anybody. Didn't wanna eat. Been sleeping since then. Just woke up and decided to share this with you my wonderful family.

It was easy to refuse you:

1. As others have said, you're going with all your ties - kids with no dad to return to, only sister.
2. The only reasons you gave for traveling - free flight and your kids wanting to experience what their mates experience. Doesn't seem like you had a focus.
3. Most important, you seemed to have very little idea of who you claimed to be visiting.

Best advice, try the UK and then in about a year or 2, re-apply to visit on your own. Go and come back once or twice then apply for your kids.
