Black Panther’ begins filming in Atlanta in January
It’s been nearly two years since production began on Marvel’s Black Panther and now the movie is finally set to begin principal filming next month. According to various sources, Black Panther will start production in Atlanta, GA on January 15, 2017 and will use Pinewood Atlanta Studios as its home base while filming in Georgia. Black Panther follows T’Challa aka Black Panther – who was first seen in Captain America: Civil War – “the new ruler of the advanced kingdom of Wakanda and must defend his land from being torn apart by enemies from outside and inside country.” Black Panther will star Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong’o, with Ryan Coogler directing. With filming starting in just a few weeks, Tammy Smith Casting is looking for extras in Atlanta.

What Thor was doing during Captain America:Civil War
Re: Marvel Cinematic Universe by MJBOLT: 7:40pm On Dec 20, 2016
Its incredible to think that only 20 years ago, Marvel actually filed for bankruptcy, and put Thor and The Hulk up as collateral against a loan from Merrill Lynch bank, to the tune of $800 million + . If the first Marvel movies hadn't been a success, the bank would have owned Thor and The Hulk. 20 years later and Marvel is now a multi-billion dollar business.

During his recent live Periscope with fans, James Gunn confirmed that he is indeed involved in AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR. In what capacity he is involved is unknown at this time. Exciting news nonetheless.

This one that Marvel want to give everybody work. I can't imagine how crazy the actors' contracts (and schedules) are...unless your ass is RDJ, then you'll have leeway. See how T. Howard got bounced and replaced by D. Cheadle.

Happy new year! 2017 has a lot in store for us, it's a great time to be a Marvel fan. Just in the MCU this year, we've got
Series :
Agents of SHIELD Season 4
Inhumans
Iron Fist
The Defenders
The Punisher

Movies:
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2
Spider-Man: Homecoming
Thor: Ragnarok

Still Marvel but outside the MCU, we've got
Series:
Legion

Movies:
Logan

My predictions:

Agents of SHIELD will be canceled (don't cry, we know all it was only a matter of time)

Inhumans will be the surprise best Marvel series of the year

Iron Fist will be better than Luke Cage(not really a hard prediction since Luke Cage was so bad)

The Defenders will assemble, defend and then disassemble when they finish defending whatever it is they assembled to defend

The Punisher will have a lot of blood, Frank Castle will kill a lot of people.

Legion will suck and it will be canceled after only one season

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 will make up to 1 billion dollars and will be better than part 1(this is a very bold prediction but I'm quite confident in the director)

Spider-Man Homecoming will make up to $800 million at the box office. Whether or not it'll be any good I'm not sure

Thor Ragnarok will be the best Thor Movie. It will make $600 million

Logan will be the best comic book movie of 2017. It will make around $500-600 million

That's it for my predictions, let's hear from you guys

So Disney took 1-4 and 10...bearing in mind that Rogue One was released in freaking December...not even in the beginning of December sef, in the middle of freaking December! It's been a good year for the House of Mickey, a really good year.

You don't mess with Star Wars. Last year, Episode VII came out in December as well, yet became the highest grossing movie of the year. It's insane. Disney bought Marvel and STAR Wars, so they've got some serioussss properties there.

Did you know? Spider-Man and Black Panther are the first characters to appear in another movie before their solo movies.
Black Widow, Hawkeye, War Machine, etc. do not have standalone movies in development. Thus they do not count.

Remember, they did actually announce a BW film, then Marvel effed up...like folks weren't desperate for a BW film - she was one the best things in IM2, that hallway fight scene was the business. Natasha is always solid in her appearances. Scarlett Johansson seems to always be enjoying herself.

Peggy Carter was a brawler, that chic was brutal. I still remember her fight with that guy in the pilot in her room, she will use any and everything to gain the upper hand.

Natasha is a ninja, ol' gal is stealthy and efficient and she'll merc you with your own weapon. Finesse and Fatal.

Oh and let's not forget Melinda May - BAMF.

Considering she started with a desk job, Peggy turned out to be pretty awesome. She and Cap would ve made a good team.

Daisy is getting rather efficient with the ass kicking. But, you've gotta give the BAMF human Marvel Ladies some props. Them Russians, Americans & British agencies (and their offshoots) know how to train the hell out of their agents.

Oh and Natasha's interrogation skills gets me every time. She might be tied up, looking defenceless and even crying her eyes out, but she's got that shtako under control.
