Valencia was not offside. He only appeared to be offside before he threw the ball to Mata, and after Mata had passed to him while he chased the ball down.

While taking the throw, Valencia was levelled with the center defender and another defender close to him. Then before Mata hit the ball Valencia and his closest marker moved inward leaving the central defender closest to the goalkeeper. He was not offside at all.

actually it is not, that was why I made mention of the Liverpool players close to Valencia, look at their movement, you will see that the first two pictures you uploaded are different, your first picture shows the Liverpool player standing close to mata is a little bit upright, now look at the second picture, that same player's movement is different, he his now trying to run towards Valencia because the ball has been released to Valencia

the first picture shows Valencia is just about standing on the line, the second picture shows he is a little farther from the line, also check the way he stood, you will see that they are different pictures and there are changes in the player's positions

Nobody drew any lines. What you were looking at is a pattern line on the pitch.

You drew a line on a zoomed in shot of the exact same frame and claimed that your line proved Valencia was offside.

I posted a wide angle shot of the same frame and now you switched it to say Mata has already released the pass.
