Step 1: Dial *700# from your mobile phone.
Once you dial that code it will take you to option listed below
1. GAMES CLUB
2. Entertainment
3. Sport
4.News and Info
5. mHealth
6. Inspirational
7. Love and Life
8. Myplay Services
Step 2: Press 8 from your mobile phone once you see the above options, it will take you to your MTN Play subscribe services. For example if you have subscribed to Sahara Reporter and CNN News before, they will be listed.
Step 3: Now it is time to deactivate your mtn play services, assuming that Sahara Reporter is in Number 1 you will need to press 1. If it is in Number 2, you press 2. Just exit after those steps you will get your confirmation message that you have successfully unsubscribe from the Mtn play service.
That is the simple and instant way to deactivate mtn play. If you have any question, feel free to use the comment box to ask or let me have your feedback if it work for you.

The Music plus service active on your line has been deactivated, no active MTN play on your line.

JideSM good morning. Pls am having an issue. When ever I load above 500. Mtn automatically deducts the 500 box. For auto renewal of mega bite. Just imagine. This Is not the first time. I have been taking it lightly. But this time around its not getting funny any more. I never did such plan. I have tried cancelling auto renew. Nothing works. Pls you guys should stop this. Yesterday evening around past 5pm, I recharged my MTN line #200 via ATM and I had #14 before making it #214. I made calls yesterday night that was not up to #100 before I went to bed around 11p.m

To my surprise this morning, I made a call which was not up to 1 minute and I had "your airtime has been exhausted". I was so surprise because I didn't use the airtime, I have data on my line.

immediately the call ended, I dialed MTN Customer Care line '181' and one of the Customer Representatives picked and I explained to her. The Representative told me that #50 was deducted twice for WAZOBIA FM and #30 was also deducted once for Message charges.

I told her that I didn't register for WAZOBIA FM on my phone and the charges for Messages, I don't understand. She said, I downloaded the Wazobia Fm application, I told her NO! I didn't do that and I don't download in my dreams. We both argued over this and I ask for solution at least to return my airtime back and block that WAZOBIA FM things, she said no.

Why is MTN punishing me by deducting my airtime without any deduction alert when I didn't applied for services I was being charged for?
I noticed that last week MTN activated one video stuff on my line which deducted certain amount of credit on my line, I made a call to 181 when I noticed and my line was removed from the video stuff which I never applied for but my airtime was not returned.

I have important calls to make this morning, that was the reason I recharged yesterday. Now, I can't make the calls and I can't recharge my line again for the fear of being deducted.

MTN NIGERIA stop this victimisation and credit my line, Thank. 07061275797

Please help me on this line 08131089545. Mtn deducted my money four times without reason. First time #50, second time my #125 credit balance, third time #50 and the fourth time was on sunday removing the #200 card recharged.
