There are professional and credible outfit that would be willing to invest and let you follow through the whole process of production,however they are interested making episodic content i.e seasonal or series.So if you have got a script that can be tailored to suit their demands simply send your synopsis to this mail-oluseye_2@yahoo.com.Let me know when you have sent it so that i can let the individual know that you have sent him a material as regards it

Note I only want Lagos based writers and I want only people who know their craft not starters. I also want writers who are imaginative not those who spend all day watching Africamagic. I also want people who read widely so if you don't read don't bother. Only those who I shortlist will be contacted.

There are times I get such information late. There is usually nothing I can do as I have to pay attention to what earns me a living which at times means I get some of the info late. Sometimes I have internet connection issues so it's not as if I deliberately set out to do such.
But I believe the info could still be useful even at that late hour especially for those who are nearby or can afford the time to get there. Auditions most times are a gamble and for the young man/lady looking for that break, it could mean a lot.
A lot of people have testified of getting acting jobs through this thread which I am greatful for. This is great as I personally know of producers who don't like doing open auditions. Having being involved in the organization of some auditions myself, I can understand such auditions take a lot to organize which is quite stressful for many. This doesn't augur well for the artistes looking for that break especially in this times when the industry is getting more open in its choice of actors/actresses.
So if you feel the "sorry it's late' posts are me just being fashionable, you are entitled to your opinion . But if just one person gets an acting job as a result of such posts, then I am satisfied.

Hey guys check the following preview of my script-----any interested producer should message me for excerpts. I am a champion of serious work ethic so only serious minded response please.

ABSOLUTE SLEEKNESS----SCRIPT
The hero of the story is a student of criminology who broke into a highly secured senate building with 21st century security system-he’s a good thief and I made sure the script captured his prowess. I tried to navigate the audience in the moment of the break in, thoroughly engaging them so that they can feel the pressure the hero was under trying to override the security system----from his screwdriver to the computer were my tools for suspense. In the cause of downloading, the file he came for an unexpected events happened but the climax was that he witnessed the murder of the VC. How can he report a crime when he was not suppose be there----a crime that in a way or the other will be traced to him. In his dilemma, he tried escaping but didn’t go unnoticed by the killers---although he escaped without a scratch but with crime scene evidence as insurance to keep him alive. The story establishes a murder case investigation that is set to bring to light a political conspiracy with the high echelon of power being threatened-----someone need to take the fall for political balance to be restored and my hero who is barely in his mid twenties is the right candidate. Despite the circumstances surrounding his life and those he cares about he was determine not to go down alone. I enjoy twist and turns in my stories and this one is no exception----I pride myself in unpredictability of plot and character.

TRUTHFUL LIE-----SCRIPT
TRUTHFUL LIE. The story is focused on a rape case brought to CERRAC an agency focused on rehabilitation of raped African children, this organisation is run by four professional----A lawyer(JOHN), Journalist(LATEEFAH), a psychologist(RABIU—Ghanaian) and an administrator (ELIZABETH----African—British), each having a fascinating personality from the astute and comely Elizabeth to the intelligent yet radical Lateefah.
The lives of these four changed when a case of a young woman who was allegedly raped by her father who was sentenced to 233 years in prison. In the cause of doing a background check to see how they could help the young woman it was discovered all is not as it seem to be----nothing was adding up. The girl and the father who were the key to a successful REHAB happens to be the most quiet yet mysterious of the characters-----this twist makes the guys at CERRAC wonder what is truth and what is lie.
The Man accused of rape was anything but idling around in the prison----he is mystery personified and not the emotional and aloof person he fronts before the outside world, there is more to him, which I carefully unveil. The girl definitely knows something that she is not saying----she never defended her dad nor did she accuse him, her attitude could not help but make one wonder if she was overly traumatized or not raped at all.
The state prosecutor and the girl’s mother are another set of weird characters that started quite loud but were swallowed by the action.
I am working on this piece because I was fascinated by the rape cases in Nigerian courts and how the victims are handled ----I want to shed light on the aftermath of rape.
