Pls house what is the difference between CRS and six selection factor for FSW express entry for assessing one's qualification. The former says 460pts for minimum and the latter says 67pts.

Hello guys,

Please I need clarification concerning Gift of deed. I have the option of having either hubby or dad transfer the settlement funds to me as gift of deed.

The problem is that neither hubby or dad have had the money in their account for up to 3 months, and I read somewhere that the funds should have been in the account for at least 6 months.

Is this true? Does the donor have to produce his/her bank statement?

Does anyone know any other option?

Kindly assist please.

Thanks.

Your husband can transfer the bulk sum into your account. He will not need to submit his bank statement... But he should write an LOE explaining he did the transfer and why.

You should not have any problems.

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 7:17pm On Feb 22, 2017
You have to merge them all in one PDF file, then upload...

Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by maideyz: 7:39pm On Feb 22, 2017
hello House,

I am new on this forum. I am in the pool since january and my score is 401. I have been reading that ontario has been reducing the cut off mark and also there are chances of above 400 score. I chose all pronvince on my profile.

Is it possible for me to be invited without selcting only ontario

Do i need to recreate my profile and select ontario as my province.

Please i would appreciate if the house can guide me.

Today's draws just confirmed your prediction.

boldinc:
The highest you will get is 441 if single and up to 443 if married.

With the current trend, you will mostly like get ITA in the next 1 or 2 draws...

Ontario application is open now... For those that have 400 and above, please re-create a new profile and add Ontario as a province you are interested in... You should get an NOI asap.

The application is online now, so there might be hope of a faster processing time.

Also note that you have to pay an application fee of 1,500 CAD USD.

All the best guys and Good Luck!

please i need more clarification on this. i am in the pool already ( since january) and i selected all province. Do I need to recreate my profile again and what is the fee of 1500 CAD for.

Hi, you need to supply them with your current address i.e your address in Nigeria which is what would be written on your PCC. You need to provide evidence of your current address which is why using two different bank accounts was suggested as utility bills are usually written in the landlords name in Nigeria. I do not remember mentioning my UK address while filing the PCC application form.

I think just u as the PA need to do the police report, will find out. Yes he needs to do ECA if you need extra points from him, but if your points are very well sufficient then he doesn't need to do ECA. Yes, just his masters is okay for ECA.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by Kathyjex: 8:08pm On Feb 22, 2017
Thanks

boldinc:
You do not need the police report until you have received ITA... However, he would have to also get the police report cos it's a requirement for both of you post ITA.

Check your score without his ECA and if it's reasonably high, you do not need to get an ECA done for him, if not, it's advisable you do so you can earn extra points.

You can evaluate your Masters degrees alone...

As I advised earlier... Let's wait out this week and see if Ontario has really started sending in NOI to people. That way, advice on what to do will be more informed.

The 1500 CAD is the processing fee for Ontario... It is non refundable and compulsory.

Good morning All....I need advise urgently!

I have been updating a friend's EE profile but the EE profile CRS score is 383 instead of 423 from the CRS online calculation. I compared her profile with mine (which is quite similar education-wise) & I see she is loosing points from her education. Her EE profile doesn't seem to recognise her MSc degree even with a WES evaluation.

(1) has anyone experienced this before
(2) should I give the EE time to update her score?
(3) should I delete that EE profile and start again.

NB I check for completeness as I finish every section...& it says Complete.

Someone please help!

Thanks Adiahabasi.

This is not clear at the moment. The point is, I livend in England during my master's program but u cutrentkyive in Nigeria. Which means that current address is Nigeria bi don't have any old bill quoting my address while in England based on this how do you advice I proceed with the police report?.
Thanks

All you need is proof of your Naija address. For your UK address u just write it, no need for proof.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 9:09pm On Feb 22, 2017
I am not sure I understand what you mean by EE not recognizing her MSc degree... I will advise you confirm the WES reference number you typed in is correct, or better still, delete the profile and start again.

Make sure you check every detail step by step. I'm sure you should be able to resolve it.

PS... is she married? Did you include her husband's evaluated degree and IELTS results?

Hello,
I created my EE profile last night and did the job bank and all. I got a message saying I have been accepted into the pool but my job bank status was still pending. My question is will I get an ITA based on today's draw? I have been in the pool for barely 24 hrs. I have my CRS score and it is more that the cut off score for today's draw.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program Connect Here by boldinc(m): 9:13pm On Feb 22, 2017
Honestly, I do not have a concrete answer to your question... But from the look of things, it seems you just missed ITA by the whisker as your job bank status was still pending.

However, you can wait another few hours to see if you get ITA still... Otherwise, I will advise you wait till the next draw (bout 2 weeks). You should get ITA then for sure, with the on-going trend.

Thanks for your response.

I have checked and checked a million times since yesterday...yet no show!

No she is not married yet.

There is no option for deleting EE profile. All I see is 'withdraw profile'. I am assuming that's the same as delete right? Can I still use her same email address to create this new EE profile?
