I think the US profile is overated perhaps the C.S is aware most of us power VPN, infact they will give just 30days grace period to old Sellers but for new sellers you can't publish a first gig without mobile verification . They compensated me many months ago, by paying me, when a Nigerian client filed a dispute via PayPal and there was a chargeback on my account.

Except they are collecting their compensation back, I can't remember being overpaid...

I think it's because you changed your gig image. Each time you edit your gig it will be removed from search result for period of time, I don't know how long.
