Hi Pet1620, so sorry for the inconvenience. Checks on your line show that you currently have active MBlog Service Weekly service. However, your request for deactivation has been completed. In addition, you can dial *123*5# to check for any value added service on your line. Regards

Good evening, please I would like to know if there is anything mtn can do to rectify my problem I activated DND then deactivated, I was not getting any messages so I went to MTN office and laid my complain which I believe they had addressed the issue to an extent but the problem is I still don't get bulk SMS, I have experimented sending bulk SMS to my self and the message have not delivered so pls if there is anything you can do I would appreciate it

Hi yak, simply send SMS with Transfer, Recipient’s Number, Amount and PIN to 777. For example, you can send an SMS with ‘Transfer 0803******* 1500 1234’ to 777. Upon sending this message, you will receive an SMS asking you to confirm that you want to make the transfer by sending an SMS with 'YES' to 777. Alternatively, you can also transfer credit from your phone to another MTN customer’s phone by dialing *600*Recipient’s Number*Amount*PIN# on your phone and then click on send/press ok. For example, dial*600*08030000000*1500*1234# and then send/ok. When the transfer has been completed, you will receive a message informing you that the transfer was successful. Regards

Hello, let me be of help to u..cos mtn customer care unit unfortunately do not have solution to that problem.. I had same issue but mine was mtn pulse..so after series of calls without solution, I decided to migrate to xtra pro and it went smoothly, den migrated to pulse and was charged 100 naira migration fee

Hi stevealibi, so sorry for the inconvenience. I wish to inform you that MTN Xtra Value plan is a newly introduced tariff plan. Once you purchase any XtraValue bundle while on any prepaid tariff plan, as soon as the subscription is completed, you will be automatically migrated to XtraValue plan. However, the inability to migrate to other tariff plans is currently receiving attention from the support unit. Feedback will be provided when resolved. Regards

Good day sir, please why I have not been able to browse or do anything tangible on my MTN 4G Lte line since yesterday? It switches between EDGE, WCDMA, and HSPDA, but bottomline is that I still can't do anything tangible like even open mails, websites, etc up till now. I am fed up with MTN and their 4G FRAUD!

pls I sell recharge cards and I sent to a Customer via watsapp,I thought she has loaded d card and I throw it away. only for her to reach me few minutes later that d card is not loading that I should resend but I have lost d card. pls help me. I have d print out date of other cards printed same day and same time. I miss up just a number. pls help.

As at dis morning I had about 8gb+ data on my line and I went ahead to share 2gb to a particular number and anoda 1gb to anoda number, totally 3gb so far but to my surprise I got confirmation notification indicating I had a data balance of 4gb+ instead of 5gb+.. Kindly check my data recharge history and see the tons of unused data I've had on this sim in the past...
Just a week after I retrieved the line I subscribe #500 1gb on MTN pulse.. would you believe thati couldn't use 1byte from the data talkless of exhausting it..
After that I've had series of gifted data while I recharged but it's not usable... I even benefited from the MTN free 1gb dad's on this line, still it won't browse...
But why?
The data won't come up... I mean the H+ sign,3g,Edge, even ordinary GPRS it won't show...
The data takes forever to come on...
I have two MTN simon my phone...The other which I have to but just to browse the Internetsince my main line doesn't browse anymore is working perfectly on the same phone... I even change sim slots and even insert the sim in another phone... All still the same...
Even if I buy data now it won't browse so I won't waste my money...Even without data, the 3g network or edge should come up...

Sir JIDESM , I believe you have an idea of where my sim problem leads to now... It's not about my phone... It's a technical issue that needs to be resolved. .
