I still dont get, if the governement wanted to tax those with speaker advertising their wares, am ok with that but taxing me to use radio my car came with defiles all logic

i paid it when i wan collect my certificate of origin from osun state about 10years ago, Radio and TV was about #75 then, Lagos was formerly charging #200, but not #500, but i think this will result into double taxation for those having shops or running their biz in lagos, except the fee is to be paid on each asset that a radio and tv can be installed.
