In Nigeria cultural context, baby mama does not exist. A woman that bears a child for a man is his wife. There is nothing like a child out of wedlock that the Britons called bastard in our culture. We are polygamous. A child belongs to his father no matter the situation of his/ her birth. Baby mama is deceitful. The celebrant is a wife to Oga Publisher not a baby mama.

Do not generalize!

In many Igbo communities, a child born by a woman who no man has paid her dowry belongs to her father's family. Some of these children born within such circumstance, go with their mothers when she gets married and bear the name of their mother's husband while some stay back and continue to bear their maternal grandfather's name!.

A woman getting pregnant for a man does not make her his wife but dowry does! That is the stand of culture.

This shouldn't even bothering you...The bastard son of a forsaking mother is still owing the 76 staffs he sacked in February over 8 months salaries and benefits without any form of remorseful attitude.

And he's there throwing a lavish party for a baby mama.

It shall never be well for this man.

Are you saying Nduka has not pay dowry after two children?. I did not limit my explanation to a particular culture but Nigerian in general. Culture varies and are dynamic, so also is what is regarded as dowry in each culture. Igbo community may regard dowry as the main ingredient in marriage but this may not be applicable to other ethnic groups in the nation. There is nothing like baby mama in most of the Nigerian culture.

How did you know that Nduka did not pay bride price on her head?
Some people just jump into the middle of a discussion.
Baby Mama ko? And she has two sons for him,one of whom is Nduka's first son (Diokpala).
I think Nduka just likes his freedom.
His first wife Ebele has moved out of their home.
If he were to be someone that goes with the flow, this Doris might have moved in.
Bottom line, Nduka Obaigbena is a polygamist.
If you don't like it, ask Oshiomole what to do.

She is smart, half bread is better than none.

All the new "born again" women waiting for Mr. Right to come and pay dowry - remain there, keep waiting and be proud.

BABA MAMA, BABA DADDY AND OUR YOUTHS
Davido a popular Nigerian pop musician but with a billionaire father was fuming with anger as he granted Punch Newspaper an interview last week . A 26 year old lady accused him of having a baby girl with her and abandoning them since 2013. But Davido swore not have ever met the lady talkless of sleeping with her. He told the world that when the lady showed at his door with the baby,, he and his management team with the lady’s family chose a hospital for paternity test called DNA. Unfortunately and fortunately the baby was not fathered by Davido. The gave her huge some money out of pity but this year, she is back with baby insisting that the test was wrong. But to me, something is wrong with some ladies these days. Almost all male celebrities now are having children outside wedlock. Ladies flock around them as vultures circle the dead carcass. The men too Shamelessly are now proud baby daddies and foolishly having children outside the wedlock from many women. Islam, Christianity and African traditional religion forbid having children outside marriage. It bleeds my heart that the so called baby mams are now also seeing themselves as celebrities as baby mama of flavour, baby mama of whizkid, baby mama of Tuface and others. Could it be greed, fame or desperation that is driving these ladies? Davido once confessed that he was paying his real baby mama, Sophia, 350K for monthly allowance. Almost all traditional marriages that I have attended recenty in Igboland have one thing in common. "Ada Ada" song by Flavour was the outing song for the bride and her friends. The irony is that the singer is already with three children from two different women without marrying any of them. He needs to sing his own song in his own traditional marriage. We must save our cultures from kardishan and BBNAIJA generation.

I thought he was a responsible man, why cant he marry her properly and stop behaving like small boys with youthful exuberance like Davido, Whizkid and co, and to add insult to it he is shamelessly throwing a party. SMH for him, i used to think he was an elder statesman.

Would he be happy if his daughter he has invested so much money to educate ends up as somebody's baby mama. That is not good enough to be addressed as Mrs. but good enough to be used as a baby manufacturing industry.mtcheeew
