El Rufai is not a good politician. He is always in the news for negative reasons. However if you live in Kaduna or have people in Kaduna, you will find that the level of projects and innovations he has brought to the state is unprecendented, leaving even us residents wondering where he is finding the finance to handle such.
He definitely deserves to be in this list!

And perhaps he feels only the Muslims should enjoy his developmental strides as Kaduna is a northern state hence his opposition of Christianity in the state.
