Hello mamas...I noticed I havent been producing enough milk for the past 3 days nd my baby cries too much at night cos he doesnt get full...nd he feels lighter wen I carry him...Please is there anything I can take to increase the flow or should I just buy milk?

Whatever you need to do to boost your milk flow won't be instant! It will take some days before you see the effect.... Will your baby keep waiting for breast milk and starve to death? God forbid.

Please get a formula and feed you baby to satisfaction then come back for how to boost breast milk thank you.

Good day mama. My almost 4 months old daughter hair is very thick,a big comb cannot pass through it and whenever I comb it she cries so much. I wash her hair once a week with sabamed shampoo for children but after then it's still thick. Please help mama's as I don't know what to do.

whenever u're combing her hair, moisten it with water and then add a little shea butrer (ori) as well. It softens the hair and makes it easier to comb

If you can buy fenugreek, I'm sure you will testify because you will have more than enough milk. Pap and Moringa drink also help to boost breastmilk supply.

This is actually my favourite brand/type of diapers.
Alphahandm.aiden, there's no flaw with its design jare. The classic diapers can be a struggle to put on and take off (without staining everywhere with poo) especially when you've got an active toddler.

Lol dont mind me.. i just wish they have a tab that you can use to secure it to it self when soiled or peed on. Then it would be perfect for me. " performance wise and with ease of wearing... i cant fault it.

Ovaltine, yes. Light tea with plenty formula or milk. Not too often. If it's the last thing before bed be sure to swipe mouth with cotton wool and water.

Augmentine is likely the culprit. If you go through the leaflet you'll see where they wrote it could cause diarrhea. My first son always had watery poo whenever he is on antibiotics.

I bought from mouka foam (baby cot mattress wt macintosh cover) n then gave it to d carpenter to take measurements b4 making d cot.
That way it doesn't end up too small or too big.

Thanks mama .Mouka shop here said they do not sell(they put it in shop for 3yrs and no buyer). I found vitafoam shop nd he said he will book it for me by ending or early may, it should be available. I will wait to get the bed before the carpenter starts his own work.thank you

I had issues with lactation and I had to augment with formula when my son was 2 weeks old.
But kunu helped me sha. Though I gained weight because of it.
Try expressing so you know how much you're producing. But please follow your instincts too. If you feel your baby is hungry please give formula.

Check the leaflet to be sure the dosage prescribed by the doctor tallies with your baby's weight. If the frequency of the poops is normal, complete the dosage and make sure your baby is well hydrated. Let the doctor know about this.
If it is not, take your baby back to the hospital the doctor may need to change the antibiotics.
If your baby is already on solid food, offer him probiotics and/or plain yoghurt for some days after the course.
For my son, I did nothing because his poops normalize immediately he completes the dosage.

Please it's not our Hausa yogurt I'm talking about. Try Greek plain yogurt, bottled baby yogurt or pediasure. I know it has probiotics in it.

Livez, yeah Augmentin is the culprit. Very notorious for diarrhoea in babies. How long has baby taken it? If she just started you can give Linez alongside. It's a probiotic. If she has almost completed d therapy, u can leave out d Linez. Just air the bum and use a barrier cream like sudocream or vaseline to coat the bum. The rash will heal soonest. But next time tell the doctor about your experience, cefuroxime is a better substitute in babies cos of diarrhoea associated with augmentin. Cheers

Start from like when she is 2month 2weeks. I started training mine at that time and now she sit well at 3m+. Though i dont allow her to sit herself ohh until when she want to.

Then also involve her in exercise like folding legs on her playmat, stretching hands and pulling hand close to you to sit.

PS: To do this exercise, please make sure her neck is stable a bit before engaging it this. You can get more exercise tips on youtube or baby center.
