Achieving such feat is still very feasible. Some people pray for it, some are born with such power. I know some people with such capabilities, infact I know a sheikh whom @ the sight of his photo, the jinns melt. Lols someone like emekaRaj when he becomes fullyblown will ride the jinns like horses. Lol

#That hadith, if genuine is rather incomplete or out of context:

What Sulaiman requested in that prayer of his is in respect to the impostor, that no one should have access to his throne other than him not that God shouldnt subdue the air, birds, jinns to anyother person/prophet except him. How could he have made such arrogant request ? What about those that the jinns were made subservient to before him ? Are not the mountains & birds made subservient to his dad also ? Or do we say the jinns are not made subservient to the holy prophet (saw) when his prophethood encompasses those of the previous prophets ? The verse that preceeded that his verse of request points to the fact as to where his request was headed.

#As for prophet Ibrahim (as), those mufassiruna that use to make ridiculous tafsirs are to blame for such interpretations. How can one say God ordered an angel to rescue a prophet & you tell us that the prophet rejected such order claiming that same God suffices when God only acts through agency or will the throne of God come down to put off the fire because of tawwakul ? and they went on to say God commanded the fire to turn to coolness & what is that again ? Help through coolness (another agent), so what are we to understand here ? That he rejected an agent to accept another agent while hiding behind “God is sufficient“ like seriously ?

Look @ how they made a highranking prophet to appear to be playing hide & seek with God.

Whether we accept God as the real actor or not, help from him to us will always come through agency. He had already stated in Q42:51 that he does not interact with his creatures unless through agency, there must be a veil between.

There is one man like that here, someone close to him told me that, the man claimed he had totally lost hope in the mercy of God & he had accept his destiny like that. This man, just because of an anthill he worships, bought a whole street, built houses on it with no one occupying any. A huge black cobra (jinn) resides in the anthill, they have made this man commited so much abominations that he had lost hope totally. This man during abacha‘s era slaughtered a leopard in the middle of the market @ broad day light while everyone watch.

Do you know of one abdul jabar in Lag in the 90s ? @LadunaI did you here about him ? & prof. S. M B. Olohundare also @ Lag. ?

Yeah its actually the pranks of the jinns.

This bring us to another very interesting story again. The Harut and Marut during Prophet SULAIMAN (as).

What was the real things that transpired?. Pls can you shed more light.

Also who are those impersonating Prophet SULAIMAN and to what end? I really don't still get wisdom in that narrative in holy Quran due insufficient details of the story.

Lest I forget, the circuit you are referring to earlier been recited during the gradation "ceremony", is it a sort of prayers/dua put together from Quranic verses?

You're most welcome back bro!

Re: ...... by ikupakuti(m): 10:08am On Apr 14, 2017
@LadunaI

Honestly, I have very little info concerning harut & marut except what can be deduced from the Quran. As the Quran pointed out they were stationed @ babylon not isreal & their era preceeded that of Sulaiman (as). The book revealed to them contained sihr which is haram to us & not to them since the are actually angels & not humans, so the shariah is not binding on them.

#The impostor was a jinn & it was a form of trial for Sulaiman (as). There are a lot of accounts on how that scenerio came to play but the bottom line is that Sulaiman (as) lost his throne for 40 days while God represented him with a jinn in his form for the interim.

#Yes, the circuit is a crypted Quran in its complete form in a vernacular format.

Please o, I want to ask one question as an 'omo kekere'

Mr ikupakuti ,abeg who are you? You really know a lot. Professor Ishaq Oloyede (my former VC in the University, now Jamb Registrar) told us on our convocation day that: "Being a graduate of this University is a privilege a lot of people are praying for ". I never forgot those words. Being able to read and write is a blessing. That's probably why the first ayah is 'Iqrah'.

Knowledge and Truth removes the veils from one's eyes.

An elderly man once told me he fears ignorance more than shaytan. He said Shaytan has people he dare not make attempt to touch. They are just like poisons to him (shaytan) and that Who can save a man from Ignorance?I just kept quiet since I didn't know what he was facing.

I watched a video of Sheikh Sulaimon Faruq where he talked about some sheikhs in Ilorin and Kano. he met when he was trying to get closer to Allah. He also talked about sheikh solatty when he poured water into a car. These things he talked about are just too amazing. There is a lot we don't know.
I am very much aware that it is not an easy journey for an average person who wants to attain such level. It has to be a career thing o.

My main question now is how can an average Muslim benefit from the hidden secrets of the Quran taking into consideration the fact that it is very difficult to meet a sheikh who is really deep into Tassawuf and can 'take you to the House of Allah'?

»In 2011 while serving, I met a 34 year old Muslim graduate who's from a polygamous. He told me he has been facing difficulties since he was young. All the businesses he tried to do failed at one point. All the people that promised to help help changed their mind. There is no Islamic protection supplication he doesn't know. His girl friend left him and got married to another richer man. He took me as a brother. He said he will never visit a babalawo or all these deviant alfas but he now no longer believes his own prayers can save him. He heard from his Dad that all the first sons of every of his generation struggled throughout their lives. He said a blind man can never cross a very busy express road without help and he knows he'll need the services of a sheikh who will probably take him on a journey that will break all generational curses. He told me some other things I can't share here. I've not heard from him again since the day he called me with a foreign number. I googled the dialling code to confirm and know the country he claimed to be calling from. Burkina faso!
Are there Sheikhs in that country too?

Allah shows the way to any of his Servants he wills. A lot of things shared on this thread are knowledge some people have withheld from people who need help. Thanks to everyone that have contributed to this thread.

Our major aim here is to propagate Islam
and let people know that Islam is the solution to every of their needs and aspirations. Some people will never believe this until they've gone astray and will come back after knowing the truth. You'll think your father's plot of land is the largest until you visit another person's land.

Money can not buy most of the experiences and knowledge shared here. I thank you all once again. let's continue and make this thread informative. It could be of immense benefit and life saver to someone who would read it by 2027. Of what use is your knowledge if it can not save an ignorant mind.

I'll gradually share my thoughts and experiences I lost this week. Don't forget to give your answers and thoughts on my questions

I kuku understand what you meant here. They don't. This is they point where sufis and salafis have issues of disagreement, and this is aqeeda issue. I have pondered over it several times too. They have to understand that mufasiruna are humans. Either (only) wrote what they understood or deliberately chose to waterdown any attempt to suggest there is intermidiary. This is Quran and Allah knows what He reveals. How is it possible for anymore to claim to understand everything in it and about it. No way.

Quran is beyond all humans intellect combined.

from what I understand he didn't achieve what he wanted. Jinn took him for a ride. He got what he deserved. He wanted short cut after being advised against it. He was given dua and to be steadfast on it and dhikr but he complained he could not recite to much of yasin, khutba, jabaru (isimi awon alfa agba: oruko olohun). But my dad it and was successful. You see, the field of numerology is very deep & wide: interpretations are contextual & subjective just like the interpretations of dreams in which many factors must be considered before making an interpretation. Mr. A & Mr. B might have same dream with same content/pattern but with different interpretations due to their different personalities. Except for someone who has KASHF & can see through & I dont. So, I cant really say for certain what 914 means in relation to you.

As for getting close to God through tassawuf, it was reported from al-maktoom (rta) in JAWAHIR that if someone is looking for who to lead him to “the house of ALLAH“ in order to know him & such person is afraid of falling into wrong hands, that such should face God with the whole of his heart in all honesty & sincerity of purpose while engaging in his remembrance, the best of which is sending darood on the holy prophet (saw) with profound awe & complete consciousness as if you are visualizing his person (saw) seated before you. He said whoever endures on such engagement & his only aim is to access the court of God, that God will take such person by the hand & lead him by either employing a sheikh either dead or alive to lead him or by employing his holy prophet (saw) to nurture him or he‘ll initiate a direct access by suspending the veil of obscurity due to rigorous engagement in solat upon his holy prophet (saw). That solat is the greatest & surest avenue to access the realm of God, that no one ever takes it & fails.

As for your friend, I realy feel for him as I can relate with his ordeal personally. But then their is one mentality with us especially we yorubas that if we are experiencing difficulties or any sort of trial, then it must be some1 behind it, whereas mostimes those we do suspect or accuse dont even have our time.

All of us want to be rich, to be famous, to be healthy all the good only, is that even possible ?

God said he created good & bad, he make laugh he make cry Q53:43 & that they are all trial, that we shouldnt take them to heart. All those witches & wizards that God created what do we want them to feed on if everybody fortifies his self ? Lols Since God has to show his powers through them also.

Another thing is destiny/time, even without generational curses, if his destiny is configured like that or his time of trial is not over he‘ll continue thinking some1 is doing him. It doesnt mean we should make effort to be better but we need to change that mentality.

Yeah, they are those people who use to make pact with jinns. That prof is the kind of those who combine all in one. Hindy magic, iranian, arabic, yoruba, christian, judaism, egyptian all sort of salad. He traveled wide. Like I heard onikijipa saying he abstained from sexual intercourse & meat consumption for 30 years. He authored a book, I‘ve forgotten the title, onikijipa has it. All sort of sihr from different traditions. He later founded a tarika IKHLASSIYA I wonder what he‘ll be teaching his follwers in it. But hes from Kwara state.

Yes, i heard about ship thing but i dont know thevdetails of it. All i heard was "his name disappeared in his presence on a ship". Dont know if that was meant to me parable. How i wish i can recognize his face. But i recognise his voice. He used to say Allah is sitting on his side. Nabi(SAW) is sitting the side. Abu Bakr, Umar, Uthman and Ali (ra) are sitting in front of him. grin and we cant see them. Those alfas was just looking at him like "bro, you are a lot sheep of israel" grin grin

And he had audience like Jabata. lol

Whats funny is that, some weeks back, pro jabata guys are condemning Sheikh Tijjani and Sheik Niyas(ra). I said to one of them that Jabata sounds like Sheik AbdulJabar in the 80s and 90s. Do you know him?. He said no. I tried my best to give him clue but he said he has no idea who he was (which suggests to me that he is a kid perhaps born in the 90s or late 80s). I said so you dont even know this 20 century lunatic but you have the nerve to condemn those who came before him that you dont even know?.

Thank you for that explanation. It's all about time and destiny. That's what I tell people too even though it is very difficult to endure sometimes. The ultimate thing is to ask for Allah's protection. His tests are very rigorous brother. I don't pray for them o. A Muslim brother who prays in the same mosque with me had 3 tragedies in a week o. His apartment got burnt to pieces. all his documents and certificates gone just like that. His wife gave birth that same week to a stillborn child. As if that was not enough, he lost a contract that had already been finalised. Brother these eyes have seen things o. There are some things that just make u weak ehn. There are times you just want to go far away from all this. Lol. Even if you are not accusing someone in your family, will that solve the problem?

well, experiences maketh a man.

»It seems you know the Jabbar, what else do you know about it? name? anything.

»A friend once recited that Saefi too, he started getting leaner and thinner. I fear o. I thought he had HIV. He told me his clothes started shredding off. I fear the Quran and those prayer books. Please answer this, who wrote that Saefi?

#As a man, whatever you pray and request from Allah, please do the same for your unborn children and upcoming generation. I've seen people who are benefiting from the prayers of their grandparents. #As for jabbar, its actual name is DA‘WATU JABBARIYYA, the name & term JABBAR thunders through out the prayer. We used to do it before, its very good if you are looking for subjugating powers & supremacy. In short if you go through it you wouldnt want to do any prayer again. Those that combined its usage with YASIN are ruthless, that combo is a double edged sword. Its begining is something like...

اللهم انى اسالك بإسمك الجبار انت جبار الجبابرة خضع كل جبار عنيد لعظيم جبروتك

...but its a bit voluminous.

#As for SAEFI, it belongs to sayyadina ALI (ra) taught to him by the holy prophet (saw). That one too is also fiery like YASIN, very energy sapping.

@Jamo90

Thanks

Thanks bro. You're very right. I had a discussion with that "woman" and ask him what is most potent way to Allah(swt), and he(ra) said SOLAT ala nabi.

So he recommend that I should engaged more on DAROOD more than anything. So what you just said is is absolute truth.

Do you know some specific daily routine numbers effective for better result, though I recited it more often than any other prayers combined, because of this hadith where Holy Prophet (saw) said to a sahaba who said ' should he use quarter (1/4) of his dua time doing darood, the prophet (saw) said it is good, but is better he increase it. Then he said should he use half(1/2) for darood, he(saw) said that's is good but is better he increase it....until Prophet (saw) said the man should use all of his dua time for darood.

So Sheikh (ra) advice tend to double down its importance and hence I don't play with at all. In fact the experience I had reciting the darood in the presence of Holy Prophet(saw) in a dream is mind boggling, and very first hand experience what FANAU is like...I think you understand what am talking about here. I can't never forget that encounter.

Pls do you have English translation of JAWAHIR, I have been looking for it for ages. I will like to read that book pls.

Thanks

Yes, sheikh is right!

#As for the adad...what solat are you using ? Hope its solatil fathi ? So it depends.

#Yes I get FANAU, the awesome experience.

#As for JAWAHIR, I‘ve never heard of a translated copy before. I was even thinking of doing a translated copy myself. There is a lot in that book that language barrier is witholding from many, and some other books too like KASHIFUL BA‘S, KASHIFUL HIJAB, JAMI‘ SAGIR, etc

# Actually, am very used to most of the DAROOD starting from solat ibrahimiya, to dailalu khairat and now fathi. The Sheikh specially mentioned solat fathi, though during encounter with Prophet (saw) it was ibrahimiyah I was engaging in then.

# Am begining to do more with fathi now based on sheikh advice, though I still do others as well.

#That would be excellent if you can endeavour to do translation of JAWAHIR. It will help lot of people in getting those rare info on ihsan. Is those other books you mentioned also only in arabic?

Good, as for fathi some of its best sums are 7712, 5995, 1360, 313, 4484 & some I wont share due to selfishness #iamnotashamed. Lol

#Those books are in arabic of course. There are some tijjaniyya sites where you can get snippets of some materials they contained in them. I‘ll share the links on this post, stay tuned.
