Mediocrity. .

So you're satisfied they only function in one state??

No wonder Nigger-Area would never progress!!

In Lagos. .

It is only Lagos that is in Nigeria abi? undecided

I live in Lagos and I like to speak with facts. I can also inform you that I have called them from Delta State when I was on transit and witnessed a crash.
I cannot say much about how they perform in Damaturu, Akure, Abakiliki or Lokoja because I have not called them from those locations. So let our brothers & sisters across the nation give their opinion based on facts. Let us also let people know that such facility exists and it is toll free(free to call. You are not charged for calls to 122 ).
We can lend our support to emergency rescue efforts by notifying NEMA on 122. We can also donate materials and volunteer to help in rescue efforts. Who knows, one day you might need them.

Finally, saying your country will never progress is like cutting off your own nose and shooting yourself in the foot-the pain comes back to you. Lets assist to make Nigeria the country of our dreams by DOING our part.
God bless us all.

I agree with your last sentence. The publicity is what keeps encouraging people
Right. They want to make front page, even at others detriment.

Both works. I prefer 122 though. It routes you through FRSC.

As a safety measure, try to save certain numbers in your phone contacts as numbers to reach in case of emergency. Prefix such names as ICE (In Case of Emergency). Example if you want Abu , Ade or Agu as contact when you're in emergency save their names in your phone as ICE Abu, ICE Ade or ICE Agu. People will call them when you're in need of help to notify them. Right now, people tend to call the last number in your dialled list. Sometimes, the last dialled number might just be a shop you called to make price enquiry. They don't know you so they can't be of help.
You can also consider saving certain contacts with clear definition of relationship such as: my brother Ade, My sister Ngozi or my wife Kudirat, my father, my friend Abu, my boss Agu, my neighbour Tsav, my doctor, etc.
ICE could save your life. How quickly people are able to reach your close relations/ friends might make a difference between life and death.
