Tianjin Teda’s Brown Ideye hailed his old club Olympiacos for winning their 44th league title following their staggering 5-0 thumping of Giannina.

Alberto De La Bella's brace inspired Takis Lemonis’ side to victory at the Karaiskakis Stadium for the record triumph.

Ideye who contributed 13 goals in 20 appearances for the team before joining the Chinese Super League outfit praised the Greek Super League giants.

Enyeama was called El-phenomenon by Messi himself and also by the great Maradona.... messi knows how to beat Goalies with ease but in Enyeama he met a special kind of Goalie even though he eventually got two past him.... wink

Nigerian GK Enyeama Says He Outshone Barcelona Star Messi At World Cup

Former Super Eagles captain Vincent Enyeama has revealed that he played better than Messi at the World Cup.

In the last two editions of the number one football event on Fifa's football calendar, the Super Eagles lost to Argentina, albeit narrowly, with the Lille goalkeeper in between the pipes.

Enyeama's best performance against the South American powerhouse was at Ellis Park Stadium, Johannesburg on June 12, 2010, when he prevented Messi from scoring on numerous occasions and picked up the Man of the Match award in the process.

Reacting after Messi inspired Barcelona to a 3-2 win against Real Madrid on Sunday, Enyeama tweeted : ''I am not sure that he is human.because he is so fast, precise and so good.Messi be bossing el Classico''

A Twitter user Olukayode Layade replied Enyeama, ''@vinpee ...and he bossed you at the World Cup too. Na joke oo .''

He fired back : ''@rocakay I bossed him bro.I was called el phenomenon by him and el Diego. Not sure that you were born''.

**said it with three ntoorrrr Smileys** loolll

Enyeama has posted eight shutouts in the current season and did not feature in last weekend's clash against Guingamp due to a knee injury.

one of his best showings between the sticks.

It came to a moment a young ruthless Messi who had just run riot against Arsenal(scoring 4goals) earlier in the Champions league prior to the world sat on the pitch looked at Vincent and he was like you be baba o o o.

How I wished he kept a clean sheet in that game. I can even recollect all the rumours trailing a potential move to arsenal after the tournament only for wenger to deny it. What a coach.

Ajagun will have to put up such mind blowing displays on a consistent basis to attack the Coaching crew.

Dominic will need to make the move to a competitive level and prove to be prolific consistently. If he does that he might break into the super Eagles earlier than anticipated.

My eyes are now fixed on Fred Friday. He needs to marry consistency too.

Well, non of our regulars have been consistent as Ajagun in that Attacking Mildfield role. However, you are right, he needs mind blowing displays.

Nevertheless, he going back to his parent club in Greece next season. grin
Dominic wil be going to another club next season. Expect something great from him. grin

Chelsea Dazzler Victor Moses Suffers Injury Scare At Training Session

Super Eagles star Victor Moses appeared to have suffered some discomfort in one of the latest training sessions held at Premier League pacesetters Chelsea.

The Blues captain John Terry has posted on Instagram, showing Moses as he fell awkwardly on the pitch after the central defender forcefully threw the ball at him during a training drill.

The Nigerian rolled around in pain before he was attended to by John Terry and two other unidentified staff.

Terry saw the funny side of things, posting on social media :

Moses assisted Chelsea qualify for the showpiece game in the Emirates FA Cup, going the distance in their 4-2 win against Tottenham Hotspur and winning a penalty converted by Willian in the first half.

When you are a technically gifted player, your attributes can be applied for competitive advantage in a good team. However, if you are technically gifted and you are playing in a kick and rush, hard endeavour, carpenter football team, you really cannot do much. That's why quite a few EPL teams struggle against lower league teams. I remember Liverpool getting bullied last year against AFC Wimbledon, all the pretty £20 million + players couldn't cope.

In the same vein imagine you put Mata in one of these lower league teams that play Air-Force kick and rush football teams, he will be lost and anonymous.

Aluko is playing in a team that is the best footballing side in the championship as opposed to a struggling Hull, its obvious you haven't watched him recently. I actually rate Fulhams academy as one of the best in the UK and i mean top 3 which reflects the technical qualities in the team.

Finally ,tell me 3 players who are better than him please in the positions that he can play.

Victor Moses, Alex Iwobi and John Obi Mikel.
Also Oghenekaro Etebo if played from the wings, just like at Rio, can offer more than what Aluko presently can.

Aluko is well known to Rohr and his crew. If they feel his services are needed they 'll go for him.

Can you explain why?

1. The coverage of the EPL is phenomenal. An avenue to sell himself to bigger clubs/leagues. I can't even recall when last I watched Celtic play. Maybe earlier this season.

2. Bournemouth is a high pressing fast paced attacking team. A player like Onyekuru, if he lives up to his billings, would be unstoppable.

There is no way Eddie Howe of Bournemouth can get his boys to press better than Brendan Rodgers Celtics. A good example is the City game against Manchester City that ended 3-3. After the game, the City players were too exhausted to talk.

Watching a player does not make Bournemouth a better destination. We are talking of the best environment for Onyekuru to develop as a player. Not for us to watch him. Watching him is not development.

You need to also consider the level of competitiveness of both leagues. Besides Glasgow Rangers no other team gives Celtic a run for their money. It would be a great exposure for the young lad to run at Manchester City, Arsenal, Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, and Man United defenses.

Talking about pressing did you not see Bournemouth Vs Arsenal game that also ended 3-3?

Eddie Howe's Bournemouth is about the team from the lower half of the league that presses most.

Brendan Rodgers is a tactical Master. A complete class act. At Celtics he shattered records that have been there since he sixties. We are talking of Onyekuru working with the man behind the genius buy if Coutinho which caused about (I think £3M) and turned him into a prized asset. Rodgers Unlocked the hidden beast in Suarez and Suarez did things we might never see again. Sterling was also impressive under him.

Apart from us watching Onyekuru, there is no way Bournemouth is a better option than Celtics. He also gets to play the Champions League.

I sincerely hope Kelechi moves to Hoffenheim next season. Yes, learning German to some extent may seem a daunting task, but I do not think it is half as difficult as breaking into City's first team

He shouldn't Mikel his career, no one ever achieved greatness by remaining in their comfort zones (don't mention Messi and Rooney)

Just my 2 kobo though. He has a great chance of playing UCL with them next season and he won't have to worry about any big buys blocking his shine.

I would hate for Jesus to be shining in the UCL while Kelechi sits on the bench watching him shine. Kelechi deserves to shine, if the rest of us can acknowledge that, surely even he can acknowledge it

Dunno if I have to start trolling him on his social media pages to send a message. O

I agree with you.

However, ENYEAMA NO, NO capital NO.

Enyeama was rated among the top 5 goalkeepers in the world last year, he is even now the best goal keeper in Africa. Back home to Nigeria he is so far ahead of everybody else, its a No contest.

Finally the way he was treated we should be giving him an UNRESERVED APOLOGY and a national honour for the shocking denigration and abuse he received under Sunday.

Peter Rufai was great too however it s the timing trust me this things happen and people will settle outside the national team, what has happened has happened he doesn't need to come back we need to plan for long term, and Enyeama is a great goalkeeper but he is at that age where a decline can come all of a sudden and trust me he is not as sharp as before, kameni dey wen cameroun Carry ondoa na now they are secured for the next 10 yrs at least we need to groom younger goalkeepers and give other people d chance he was given in 2002, Emmanuel Daniel or alampasu should be in that team,
