Talking of the OP & his rat stew, can you cook? What's your signature dish?

i can cook almost anything . even traditional dishes . . amala, starch and banga soup , anything type of Nigerian soup rice and stew, u just name it .

i lost my mom when i was just 5. and my eldest and only sister got married long ago . so u see why me and my other 3 brothers are good cooks ?
cos we had to cook for ourselves everyday .

i learnt how to cook from a very young age .

but nowadays i prefer to eat out than to cook . because of time .

we have to focus on other important things like chasing the paper so i prefer to buy than to cook
