They probable feel that they can rely on the industry of the common Igbo man and the values of the land to create their Eldorado. The difficulty may lie in if foreign powers are involved. The only benefit for these foreign powers in supporting a Biafra struggle is the oil in nearby lands. If this is the case, then there will never be a realised Biafra that does not include lands were major oil reside.
