Why there is no Sudanese expatraite community because most areas in Sudan beside darfur and kordofan is relatively stable. Since it is a lack of jobs currently in Sudan, most Sudanese migrant to the Gulf, since there been a long established communities of Sudanese since the 1960's

Those Arabs are "brown" in complexion and they are not too far off. It's true that some who are definitively Arabs especially in South Arabian countries have some African descent. It's not rocket science. If you also consider the cross movement of people in the area. The Axumite empire from Ethiopia once expanded into parts of South Arabia, especially Yemen. The Arabs were active along the East coast of Africa. There was a lot of slave trade going on. Also at one point the King of Oman controlled parts of the Swahili coast during the Sultanate of Zanzibar.

They also migrated to south of Ethiopia and northern Kenya. Because of this, the Oromos started to assimilate most of the multi-ethnic groups of people they conquered and started to mix with them. They mixed with the Habeshas(Amhara, Tigray, Gurage and Harar), Somalians, southern peoples and Afars. The Oromos that mixed with the Habeshas started to be ligh skinned. They started to adopt Christianity and Islam. There are some Oromos now, who follow their traditional religion.

Most of the Oromos you see now are either mixed or other groups of people who had been Oromonized. The real Oromos now are the Oromos in Borena zone, Oromo region and northern Kenya, since they aren't mixed that much as the others. The Oromos are the most mixed people in Ethiopia if not in Africa.

What saddens me the most is, they migrated as far as Bete Amhara and changed the area name to Wollo. Bete Amhara(means home of Amharas) was the place where Amharic language, culture and the Amhara people first appeared. Now, most of the people in Wollo(Bete Amhara) are mix of Amharas/Oromos/Argobbas/Afars/Somalias, but there are also unmixed Amharas and everything about Wollo is Amhara. I really love Wollo.
