Go back to history to understand religion, Christianity came from..the european who brought it as a tool to steal our spirituality which amazed them, and they absolutely succeeded. We have lost our gifted spiritual ways to foreign ones....we are as foolish as it gets. Speaking in tongues is the most obvious fraud in Christianity.

Why should you hate it when people quote Bible when explaining God, the last time I checked, everything we know about God we got from the Bible cos the Bible is all about Him. And besides the Bible, look around you, look up to the sky and guess who made everything you can see!

There are more youths going to church nowadays. My church is a testament.
Don't argue my points but rather you should draw near to God.
Total fulfilment comes from God and the fulfilment you seek from the world(flesh) is temporary. You should not mistaken the fulfilment of God with that of the world.
OP, I would rather you educate the youths why they should always go to church especially on Sundays and draw closer to God. They shouldn't seek fulfilment from their pastors, and show them ways they can overcome laziness and other vices so as to be in church.
I speak for Christian brothers but if you belong to other religion, read and don't give negative responses. I believe whatever your belief is, you must be modest in speech.

true but assuming a criminal goes to church hoping to hear a word of salvation to redeem his soul but unfortunately the greedy pastor is busy preaching about tithe, offering, prosperity etc, would you blame the criminal for going home the same way he came.

in those days there is always an altar call in the church, but our greedy pastors don't even Preach about salvation these days

The question is how can God be in a book? They say the Christian God is life but if he is why is he in a book? What gives you life? The air you breathe. Right? Do you need to read a book to breathe? No, you just breathe because there's air and you have the organ to take it in. The Ancients worshipped the sun and I see sense in it because the sun is the source of life, it shines on all without discrimination, it has no pastor or prophet to convince anyone of its existence. I pray you find the God you seek but I don't think that cobbled up Christian God is God. To me he is even an idol created by men.
