Arabic is a language just like any other language that people study in school such as English, French, Mandarin, Spanish, Hausa, Igbo, Urdu, German, e.t.c

All i need is good roads,constant power,security,quality education, a favorable economy,jobs,and basic social amenities. That's all

I don't know where you did your sec school, but in my school we have languages like French, Arabic, Yoruba, Hausa, Igbo for whoever want to learn them it's not compulsory on anyone.
