What is trend today is for people to move from one church to another. You hardly find someone who has not attended more than one church. Please why is this so?

People change their place of worship due to these reasons :

# Migration and Relocation
# Perception
# Cultural view and practices / believe system
# Dissatisfaction
# Congregation Attitude
# Church Practice
# communication
# Extradition
Etc.........

If you are no longer comfortable with your church and you see another one that meets your desire, you just change.

I stopped worshipping at a church after I observed that the pastor began 'divine extortion'. U know naa, when all u do in church is give, give, give...

Na poverty dae make people change church.... Look around, most church changers are less privileged ones looking for finicial breakthrough while the rich ones stick to the church they attend

All of them are the same, just find one that is comfortable with your conscience

People go to church for different reasons, one of which is to be changed to a better person. Change in your spiritual growth, change in your relationship with God which also touch your physical life as per your finances, etc.

Having said that, if for any reason you don't see the result of the positive change you crave for rather you're deteriorating both physically and spiritually, what do you do? You change church. If church cannot change you, change church!

I have to change whatever i am not comfortable with.

Either I walk away or change it if i can

tribalism is a big reasom.

Yoruba people have tribalised redeemed church, mountain of fire, as if jesus is from the south west,

igbo people have tribalised the lords chosen, catholic, assenblies of God church and anglican as if jesus is from igboland.

Idoma people carried methodist on their forehead.

Igala people wants to die on top of ecwa.

Tiv has tribalised catholicism.

So many tribal wahala in churches theses days. If you are not a major tribe the people whose brother is the founder of the church will never like you. They will be planning to see our they can oust you so that their language person will be head.


Thats my observation.
