Hating a snake because its venom is deadly is a rational and legitimate reaction.
It is a pity that you can't differentiate between a dangerous ideology and a person.

I come from a muslim background and most of my friends are also muslims, most
muslims are peaceful because they chose humanity over religion, the ones that
value their religion tend to become violent.

Crusade History
