Nigeria has developed to the stage where a bill should be passed that anyone that must buy such chemicals must have a license. And only lab scientists should be given licenses to handle chemical. Not this one that even ilitrate can just work into any shop that sells acid to buy acid. The rate at which people use this deadly chemical to do evil these days is becoming rapid.
