Misters, you people know Nigerians dont think that money is used to buy things. How did NAF buy su-30 planes with no budget provision 2015, 2016, 2017? When you tell people bitter truth they dont believe, but tell them lies that is sweet banana they believe it.

I dont know military things but I know in Abuja there is no such foolish budget item of one billion dollars for 18 su-30 aeroplanes from Russia. Even chicken change money of 3 jf-17 of Pakistan in budget you have not even fully paid because of economic recession. Common sense will tell a man it's error, maybe su-30 intends some other planes or Nigeria some other country all typed in error or just Russian marketing tactics to win new buyers.

Bros which budget showed Nigeria was buying 12 mi35m helicopters? The budget only showed 3 but we are getting 12. Same with Tucanos and Jf17 thunder.

No reasonable person would buy 3 fighter jet for the military.

Chairman, no one is assuming the news is true. Instead we are trying to dig info about it.

Looooollll grin grin grin

I've seen the report from aradu's blog. But it clearly said from an unauthorized source in the military.

Then I also discovered that Angola and Algeria are the only countries expecting SU 30 in Africa. Angola is expecting theirs from Belarus and not Russia (not new su30). The question now is did they mistake Algeria for Nigeria? Secondly, Algeria is expecting 14 and not 12.

The Air Force is not doing us good by keeping us in the dark. At least, we should here something from an official source.

Quick question, are you African or European? Also what country if you don't mind?

As for the Cammo, nobody knows how that unit sources it's Cammo. It's impossible to say.

However for the rest of the military, there are local factories from where uniforms are made.
European, specifically Irish smiley

It's just that Irish camo is actually illegal to own/sell here and it's owned by the DF...

Lmao it's very funny how all the South Africans went back to posting immediately after the SU-30 story was said to be an error.

It's like everyone was holding their breath hoping that's it's not true.

It would've been great though if the story were true, I've always been hoping that Nigeria would go for Something like the Su-30 or J-10

Mmmh, I don't understand what you mean. There's no rivary between us and you. The so called rivary was occastrated by Augustine and his sidekick Henry120. Augustine finally got a wife and broke his virginity and started getting serious about his "military research" career somewhere else.... Henry still has his behind sticking out for an occasional slap and still fantasise about "invading the Republic of South Africa in style". Otherwise it's rather peaceful.

Gentleman, download PDF file of budget office Nigeria 2016 Appropriation Act it shows clearly in capital letters as budget item code # NAF1501014922 PROCUREMENT OF 2 X MI-35M HELICOPTER.

That is why you got only 2 not 12. When you pay for remaining 10 you get it. You get what you pay for.

You all are busy getting excited by journalists news so you dig info about one billion dollar jets, but I am busy in Abuja digging info about what purchases have money budget attached to it. No free lunch, you should have known its fake news, one billion dollar su-30 planes with no kobo budget provision and 2 planes already delivered for free, na wah o!

Many good army equipment you guys are not interested in are budgeted for and delivered and more coming, they are said to be Buratai choice of small items of great use in killing boko haram men. You guys always focus on aeroplanes mostly and big things

Yes, Ireland does tend to be rather inflexible about everything considered military-related property of the state.

The Defence Forces in your country won't even part with their decommissioned or surplus vehicles, or the vast stockpile of parts they have for them (priceless on the collector's market)...all of it goes straight to the tin town and then the scrap yard, where pristine condition AML armoured cars - some of which have only depot mileage - are being blowtorched in half. You'll be lucky if some oke manages to pinch a muzzle brake or a headlamp. I always fancied that a bit of a waste.

Great.

Well, nobody knows. That SBS unit seem to always have multiple Camo patterns. It's difficult to say how he came about the Cammo. However, i can say that Cammo pattern isn't something we are familiar with.

Mister budget, please tell us where other weapons that were not in the budget came from?

My friend, the news of the armed drones shocked everyone just as its happening now. FYI, we are not claiming we've bought the su-30 yet we are only getting surprised that the news have not been taken down by the source. This means it can't be discarded as an error until there is prove that it's an error.

Tell us why we got only 4 super mushak instead of ten budgeted for? Could it be that pakistan can only build 4 per year?

Tell us why Jf17 thunder in the budget last year still haven't been delivered? You might also want to tell us why we didn't see JF17 thunder in 2017 budget because the 2016 allocation is not enough to buy those jets?

Tell us where all the drones came from.

Almost all the new equipment that is currently in use by the military were never in any budget. Even the T72, CH-3 drones, MRAPs, etc.
