I After downloading infinix hot 4 nougat tflash upgrade software and try to update from local. It bring 'the current package is not available please choose other available packages'

Pls i just noticed that my infinix hot 4 lite refuses to shutdown nor reboot.... When you try shutting it down,it goes back to the home page

hard reset.... power and volume up button. it must reset

Hello @dazz661 Go to SETTINGS, scroll down & click on APPS; Tap the 3-dotted icon at the top - a pop up will appear. Now click on RESET APP PREFERENCES. Check for changes. If there's none, click on Hot-spot settings, then Reset OOB. Or Look for Font Manager or Babel Font & uninstall the updates. One of these should do it.
If the problem persists, Visit the Carlcare Service Centre closest to you for assistance. hi, whenever I try to logout from the messenger app on my phone it starts to hang, so I decided to uninstall and reinstall it but I noticed it wouldn't install so I decided to uninstall the facebook app to see if it was the one blocking it, and now the messenger, the facebook or their literally version wouldn't install, I am using the infinix hot 4 lite, I need help please and also since I got the phone from Jumia in April the 3g service has never worked thanks.
