Mile 12 or 21 it's brisket bone. Biscuits don't have bone cos it's made from dough. Same with cane-sugar not sugarcane. Sugar doesn't have cane but cane has sugar.

Brisket bone is different from what we call biscuit bone na. One is meaty one is cartilage. Just google and compare the image of brisket bone with our local biscuit bone... Ko jo ra won.

What is the essence of language no be communication again. As long as 90% of the people in your eviron can comprehend what you r saying nothing do you. That is what I call Nigerian English. Correction noted but not accepted. We will continue to call it biscuit bone make Oyinbo add am to the dictionary after all na them talk say language too dey evolve. Nigerians don invent one word be that.

There's actually biscuit bone. The term is used to mean the bone that is as brittle as biscuit, hence the name biscuit bone.
Second, if we assume that the 'r' in "brisket' is silent, then it has the same pronunciation as "biscuit".
/'bɪskɪt/ = /ˈbrɪskɪt/ - /r/

What we called biscuit bone is different from the definition of Brisket.
