Kaduna's name derives from the Hausa word "kada" for crocodile ("kaduna" being the plural form).

Nigerian leaders don't really get it.

Check out the dressing of the Chinese - they are in suits ready for business and action.
El Rufai is dressed like a typical politician - ready for jamboree. Agbada is not the right dress for business, no matter what he might have been led to think.

And don't get me started on that eyesore of a gift

My son, u need to know and understand the difference between a point made and a comment. My humble comment was not to make a point but to comment on the worthwhile gesture but rather remind us that Kaduna does not have crocodiles. Try all u want, Kaduna will still not have one cos of the aridness of the region. That said I thank you for ur time.

Now you're running away. Lol. You clearly stated that he should have given him a camel OR something like that. So don't argue like an illiterate, you clearly made a point which like I said was ignorant and irrelevant

Despite the fact that you lack manners I will respond to you. You could learn something and maybe you'll be less uncultured in future.

The suit is the international uniform of business. It is globally recognised. It conveys professionalism. That is why the Turks, South Africans, Dutch, Germans, Ugandans, Chinese, Japanese and many others wear it for official business functions. They have culture too I must remind you. Thousands of years of it
FYI the modern suit has no country and behind to no one. There are american versions, English versions, Chinese versions even Aba versions and so on.
.
Jim ovia, Tony Elumelu, Ambode are examples of productive people who have adopted the business suit in Nigeria. Even Dangote, long a proponent of the dashiki is now more often see in a suit. You simply cannot convince me that man in agbada is sharper and more productive than one dressed in a suit.

Since we are propagating our culture, maybe you can speak to Burutai to change the army uniform to the traditional Hausa warrior garments ??

Those people and numerous other foreigners, have formed an unspoken impression of your Governor based on his dressing. Unless you interact deeply with them they will never share.

Lol don't say B. S. It's not a standard. It's a matter of choice. It depends on how proud you are of your culture. Saudi Arabian and Indian leaders put on their cultural attire. You were very stupid to say that because he wore his native outfit he came for "jamboree" . Like are you kidding me? So dress in accordance with my culture should now be ridiculed abi. It's a popular trend and not a standard. Get enlightened
