how would an individual know that he will or will not be invited for the second interview since this time we did not see successful or unsuccessful?

Just be calm, prayerful, have faith and keep hope alive, my own thoughts are that we would probably start getting second interview invites from the end of July or beginning of August cuz I believe someone said some people hv first interviews tomorrow in Lagos, am sure they would probably want to hv another batch at the training school between now and the end of the year...so keep hope alive ✅✅

In that case some things are involved. It's either they will be recruiting a substantial number, say 250-300,......... Or they aren't impressed by the candidates who have done cbt and first interview.........

Well u sound fairy sure of ur statement. Maybe they are still looking for impressive candidates since they aren't impressed. So those who have not been called for second interview in zones where others have been called may have to kiss their chances goodbye. I read here that the first interview wasn't so hard. I wonder.

Hehe I have been quiet and watching people throw tantrums abt how they have waited and all for calls well I was 26 when I had my first interview I am still waiting for my 2nd interview and will be turning 28 this year so be patient.

Yes but some still would pass but won't b called till they need you. Some with us are carryover from last recruitment. The interview isn't all about you answering well but your composure and presentation

yep I am. Had my first interview in ph July 2016 there was a hold on the process and we have been waiting for the 2nd interview since then. So yeah patience is really needed. Just keep your mind busy and keep an open mind. When I read through and see people being worked up just cause they have not been called in 2weeks I just smile

If that's the case, then the better thing to do though is to inform those who have been cut so they take their mind off the process, rather than leaving everybody hanging like this for probably the whole year that the process will take.

i would still advise people not to panic or to be worried, i believe someone here also said there was massive failure in the test, yet there were still a lot of people that were invited for the interview, i was also with a Fidelity Bank staff on Wednesday and he said we are much and it would be done in batches, there is no need to start thinking that you failed or anything cuz I believe we all gave our best at the interview, the HR lady also said on that day that they have alot of offices where we can be posted to, so there is no need to get worked up, just be patient

don't know if its the same but none of us from ph sha have been called out yet

People from Port Harcourt were invited together with enugu centre for their second interview in enugu and they are going to do their documentation this week. Keep the hope high and never give up, surely there is a light at the end of the tunnel. All the best guys

So some things are involved. I'm guessing Kano and Abuja people did their second interview in Abuja.

Some folks recently did their first interview. Its quite certain it is in batches. My only worry is for those who only did first interview in centres where their mates were invited for second interview.

Pls who has anyone else been contacted for second interview in Lagos,after the first set of people contacted earlier....m getting confused,somebody is now talking abt documentat
