It is no longer news that our president is back to the country after more than 100 days in far away London. What is indeed embarrassing is how a president was presumably forced to come back looking like a cornered rat smoke out from its hibernating hole, by simply a protest that is to take place in London This goes to confirm that in every democracy, power lies with the people. While we wish the president quick recovery, we equally wish to remind him that it is now honourable for him to resign. |
